Great location and value in Moab.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable spacious rooms with everything we needed. Room was close to the pool with a nice outdoor patio area.

Cons:

The breakfast options were pretty limited but what we had was ok.

Cons:

When we arrived, there were numerous dead bugs on the window sills, and even more live bugs crawling around the room, including on the bed and on the ceiling. This was extremely unpleasant and not what we expected from a hotel of this standard.
We could accept that this is an entire Moab problem and no one is responsible for the situation.

On our second day, we specifically requested room service/housekeeping, partly because of the bug issue. The request was confirmed, but nobody ever came. As a result, the room remained dirty for the rest of our stay.

Another major issue was the air conditioning unit. It was so loud during the night that it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

We had also paid for breakfast, but the “included” breakfast was misleading. We only received a voucher worth $14 per person, while almost every breakfast option already cost around $14 without any drinks. This meant that breakfast was not really included as advertised.

Overall, we were disappointed by both the cleanliness and the service. Based on this experience, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Pros:

Great location! Comfortable and clean. Loved the pool and hot tub area.

Fair, somewhat friendly; could have been better!
Pros:

The garden view was non existent. Ice machine did not work, had to go to another building. For pet friendly, the whine and bark in the evening became a problem, understanding others but we were isolated.

Cons:

But a wandering cat. Our AC units dumped its heat rejection on the patio making it uncomfortable to sit outside.

Perfect setting for our last day of a long trip, would definitely go back.
Pros:

Loved the design of the rooms, was able to sit on the patio and enjoy the birds and beautiful weather. The check in area lived up to the pictures online.

Cons:

Not sure we had anything that did not meet our expectations.

Pros:

The room was fine and it was quiet being off the main street in Moab. The pool area was also nice.
A surprising find that was also the best thing about the Gonzo Inn was the presence of free trickle chargers for EVs.

Cons:

Really not much at the hotel that one would not like. The only point I could think of was that coffee shop attached to the hotel was fine, but the cost of the breakfasts there exceeded the cards provided by the hotel.

Pros:

The location was close to Arches national park. The rooms were good.

Cons:

The property is not as good as it was shown in the photos. It is a fairly old building and there isn't any outdoor lawn area. Definitely not meeting the rating of 9 as shown in booking.com.

"Breakfast included" is actually not proper breakfast as you get in other hotels. They will give you only two $14 vouchers per room.

Goed hotel met top ligging.
Pros:

Zeer ruime kamer met 2 slaapkamers, woonkamer, 2 badkamers en 2 balkons.
Ontbijt met vouchers in naastgelegen ontbijtzaakje.
Tip, er zit een goede Mexicaan naast.

Can’t wait to stay again!
Pros:

We would love to come stay again! We (as well as our dogs) were well accommodated! Very pet friendly with plenty of grass areas for the dogs to stretch. The pool and hot tub area were excellent and the cafe was good!

Pros:

Elijah the front desk was exceptional, fast. Friendly and knowledgeable. Going over and above. We also LOVED the kitty they have on site that greeted us.

Cons:

The hotel is amazing, but our sweet was dusty, with visible cobwebs on the lights and they store a lot of the dirty hampers of laundry at the entrance to the rear suits.

The Gonzo is the best place to stay in Moab!
Pros:

The Gonzo is a unique and
magical place! I highly recommend this place if you are in the moab area. The rooms are spacious and soooo comfortable. The pool area is shaded by beautiful trees and is the perfect place to cool off after hiking in the hot desert sun!
