Pros:

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel szczególnie pan z recepcji o imieniu Mel. Bardzo ladna część rekreacyjna z basenem. Doceniliśmy też miejsce spotkań na górnym piętrze. Bardzo smaczne posiłki. W trakcie naszego pobytu w Ica miało miejsce trzęsienie ziemi, w wyniku którego doszlo do awarii prądu i wody oraz uszkodzeń niektórych ścian. Byliśmy pld wrażeniem sprawnosci, z jaką usunięto awarie. Na naszą uwagę, że w pokoju mamy bardzo dużo kurzu, który pojawił się w wyniku pęknięć przy podłodze, bardzo szybko otrzymałyśmy nowy pokój.

Comfortable stay in Ica
Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was very clean and the bed was big and comfortable.
There is a small pool- we didn’t use it, but only drank and ate something at the pool.
The room was very quiet which I liked a lot since Ica is a very loud and stressful city.

Cons:

Poor wi-fi.
