Very good 4 night stay - very good included breakfast
Pros:

My daughters and I stayed 4 nights in May 2026. Check in was fast and easy and friendly. I did the pre check-in online the night before and was able to choose my room and just show ID upon arrival. I liked having the option to have a digital key card on my phone. There were hallway reno's going on during our stay on the upper levels but not the main floor.

I would have to say this was one of the best included breakfasts we have had at a hotel. There was a waffle making station with two type of batter to choose from and a buffet of toppings to go on it such as sprinkles, chocolate chips, fresh fruit, chocolate bar pieces etc. There were cheese croissants that were so fresh and good, muffins, bagels, and toast, hot and cold cereal, apples, bananas, oranges. There was a variety of meat each day and bacon was served on the weekend both days, eggs, hashbrowns etc. There is a large seating area beside the breakfast spot that they set out games you can play and just hang out.

Our room had two queen beds that were very comfy and a view facing the hwy overlooking a pond. There was a mini fridge (no freezer) and a work desk area. Surprisingly there were no dresser drawers to put clothes away.

There is a large grassy area at the back of the hotel with some big red chairs, it is near the pond and a nice area to sit. There was also a walking area near the pond which would be good for people bringing pets.

The hot tub was spacious with a nice pool.

Front desk staff very friendly, always greeting us when we walked by. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Very impressed with everything about this hotel. Beds and linens were great, pool/hotub/gym facilities were top notch. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had. Great food selection and the atmosphere of the breakfast area was very lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel.

All in all we enjoyed our stay. Next time I’d request a little bigger room.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Always fresh no matter what time we ate at.
Front desk staff on arrival we super friendly and greeted our pup with treats and offer of a pet bed.

Cons:

The noisy kids the first night. Parents could have done better.
We didn’t want to complain but perhaps they could all be put together.

Cons:

Customer service is horrible. How they treated me at the hotel was horrible and disrespectful. And the manager and front desk couldn't apologize for what they did.

It was very comfortable!
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast was awesome. Beds were very comfortable and it was so clean. My sister is a smoker and having a smoke room outside the main builder was a bonus for her as well.
