Not worth it
Pros:

The beds were surprisingly comfortable and I did indeed slept quite well.

Cons:

The hotels was dirty, old, warned out, broken things, visible bad.

Way lower than expected for the price and name, not a Holiday Inn

Location was the reason we picked this hotel

Cons:

Housekeeping is the worst I've ever experienced, every single day I had to wait more than 30 min to receive a third towel (we were 3 in the room), and on top of that, one day I requested housekeeping to change the bed linen, and I got back to the room at 7pm and it was the same way I left in the morning, when I communicate them about the issue, they first tried to push back on me saying I hadn't request (records in their computer prove them wrong). It took almost 2h to fix the issue.

Cons:

I paid 3 times the rate the furnishings were worn out cracking. The bathroom is too small. And dangerous as the floors when wet does make it very slippery. It is an accident waiting to happen.

Pros:

very close to the subway station and main lines.

Cons:

worn-out rooms and facilities, especially gym

the overall feeling of the hotel is that you would not want to go barefoot in the room. once the room service forgot the mop in my room

gym was closed fue to emergency repair, as they said, though I check out it few times at different part of the days and no one was fixing there anything. propaply couple weeks due it is still closed

Cons:

This establishment took 150 dollar damage deposit fee & refused to release it , in fact I still haven't received it back yet. They're blaming cash
-app & cash-app is saying its them .

Other then that no ice machines were working , I walked down to 4 different floors & they were all not working. I had to go to the restaurant in the lobby downstairs for some.

The air conditioner worked very well, so I enjoy sleeping and a very cool room. Also, the window scene was good.
Pros:

It was clean the the floor that I was on was quiet. I like that was very quiet so I like that

Cons:

I did not like that at the end that we did not have a microwave or access to ice machine on our floor. Also, I did not see any face cloths in the room.

Great location, nice and good hotel.
Pros:

The location is excellent, the room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

We spent 3 nights there, and we did not have any room service (not even cleaning the trash bins) although we requested it at least two times. That was our only problem, but it was not pleasent.

THE PICTURES ONLINE LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT YOUR GONG INTO ITS A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The bathroom door doesn’t close , when the lady change our sheets we came back and saw foot prints on the bed that freaked us out. The wait for the elevator omg I could read a book and finished it and the elevator still didn’t came. The staff needs a hearing check because they don’t listen. I came to the front desk for a key I went all the way up to the 7th floor after waiting on that crazy elevator when I reached my room key doesn’t work omg secondly the room had no washcloths I called asking them for some washcloths 5 minutes after a nice lady came with 4 big towels I had to go down to the front desk asking for washcloths. I asked for a 12pm check out and I had to remind front desk and housekeeping I have a 12pm check out 3 times it was so annoying omg I will never come back to this hotel.
