Pros:

Location, bed was comfortable

Cons:

Wasn't any hand towels, all bathroom floor got flooded when taking shower,long elevator waiting time,only one was working mostly time..

Ok Stay
Pros:

Location was good although parking was expensive and Street parking was limited; my particular room was ok. Caulking around bathroom sink was horrible.

Cons:

Hallways were dirty. Wash rags were thinner than those bought at Dollar Tree. None of the ice machines worked.

I want to come back but only if the owners get serious about upgrading.

Great location for what we wanted to do and see in Brooklyn. Clean, comfortable room. Good bed. Good daily maid service. Easy interaction with staff and technology.

Cons:

This is an aging hotel that is in need of an immediate upgrade. The lobby area was bright and clean, but the hallways were worn and dirty, always in need of vacuuming, and the hall walls were scuffed and dirty. Our room was clean and comfortable but the furnishings were worn and dated. The towels and washcloths were much thinner than our last stay, although they were changed daily.

Run farrr from here. Worst stay ever.

The location is great in a walkable area

Cons:

It was soooo dirty, the rooms smelled so humid/ moldy and after a night there woke up feeling shitty and the whole left side of my face was hurting. ( throat, cold sore on lip, nose itchy and grainy eyes) and my cousin joined me a day after and we stayed there together and now she’s also sick ( throat hurts, difficulties breathing). Now I have to go to urgent care tomorrow. Wouldn’t recommend.

I will not book this hotel again.
Pros:

Where the hotel is located

Cons:

They made me wait a long time in the lobby to check me in while it was the middle of the night and no other costumer was there. And most importantly, the staff was rude and kept my security deposit for 30 days while my stay was 1 night.

Holiday inn needs to do better. I rather go to a motel than this place. Very disappointed.
Pros:

I didn’t like the any about the property.

Cons:

The room smells like pissed. Like if we were in a motel. Elevator was extremely dirty.

Our stay was generally pleasant.
Pros:

The hotel location was in close proximity to our family event. The beds were comfortable and the restaurant was very good.

Cons:

The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. Also, there was a lot of work and construction going on outside the hotel, so our car was at a satellite parking spot. We really weren't able to have it at our disposal, which was inconvenient for us.
