the front desk staff was horrible and unhelpful
Room was very musty and dingy
The shuttle to the airport was unreliable. Waited since before 12 for a shuttle, driver never came, at 12:20 went to front desk where the reception called the driver and he said he came said airport and no one was there.This was a blatant lie. Front desk worker offered no solution , other than wait for the other shuttle an hour later .
Will never stay at this run down, horrible staffed hotel again.
