Great location and Good View
Pros:

The location is near the busan station and beside the hotel, there's a CU convenience store where I can get my drinks and snacks anytime I want. Thanks for giving me a nice window with a view that i love the breeze that comes in.

Cons:

There's no toiletries provided so it is best to bring your own.

La ubicación es buena, esta muy cerca de la estación.

Dirty and weird
Pros:

Location was good. Close to main train station.

Cons:

Rooms were dirty, bathroom smelt bad, towels were tiny, room wasn't cleaned/rubbish removed each day (once they knocked at 9pm to come do housekeeping!), luggage storage was just out in the open of the foyer. Just a weird and gross vibe.

Where's our five futon bed?
Pros:

Location and view.

Cons:

We already check in and asked for another futon bed (because we are booked 1 room for 5 people). But until midnight, we dont get additional futon. Only 2 futon available. And we need to share. There's no 5 futon and no 5 blanket. All only 2.

A free upgrade made my booking even better.
Pros:

I liked almost everything about the hotel. I especially appreciated the free upgrade to a king suite. The location is perfect; only a half block from the Busan train station entrance. They also held my luggage before and after my stay in their CCTV monitored inner-lobby.

Cons:

The staff can only be reached by phone between 12:00-16:00 local time. Becuase I can only use WhatsApp for calling internationally, I would not have been able to reach the staff. I would have appreciated a guide to the remotes (TV, A/C) in English.
