古さと、広いけど使いにくいバスルーム
仕切りが無いので気をつけないと床が濡れまくる。使い捨てスリッパ持参がいい。

they emailed me to ask when we would arrive. i replied that we would be there before checkin time (11am) to leave luggage...we got there at 11, left our luggage and reconfirmed checkin time of 4pm...after exploring the city and retreating to the hotel at 4pm to escape the heat...we were told that the room would not be ready until 9-10pm and they literally just told us to 'go out somewhere'...so we came back around 9 and the room was ready and we had been 'upgraded'...they even had a printed, laminated sheet in multiple languages asking for a good review because of the room not being ready and therefore us being given an upgrade....so perhaps this is not some rare and unexpected incident...plus they tried to increase the price from what was agreed through booking.com, claiming if i paid with CC then there would be an extra tax...which i refused and they didnt push that...but basically a terrible experience

Tried to add ‘tax’ for paying with credit card. After pointing out agreed price on booking.com charged original price. They Emailed to ask when we would arrive. Room still not ready at 6:45 pm despite a 4 pm check in time. And having informed them of arrival time. ‘Upgraded’ to a room where the shower didn’t work ( they told us this when they handed over the key so we knew) but there was a bath with a working shower head. However the glass bathroom door was off its hinges and propped up beside the bath. And there was a big muddy boot print in the bath itself.

オーナーの態度が最悪だった。

アップグレードすると言いながら、ベッド、バスタブのない部屋に勝手に変更された。

元の部屋に戻してと言うとオーバーブッキングでもうないと言われた。その後オーナーが出てきて、12000Wディスカウントするor無料でキャンセルするのどちらかを選べと言われた。
交渉の末30000Wディスカウントしてくれることになったが、気分も悪いので無料キャンセルすることにした。

しかし驚きだったのが、やはり無料キャンセルと伝えた際にチェックインから2時間近く経っている分宿泊代を払えとオーナーから言われ、呆れて言葉も出なかった。

唯一良かったのは、レセプションの方がディスカウントで足りない分は私が出しますので値段を言ってくださいと申し出てくれたことだ。
さすがに申し出は断ったが、オーナーによるトラブルは頻繁に起こっているらしく身銭を切ってアフターフォローをする様もある意味慣れているように見えてしまった。

こうした善意のある方が、オーナーの私腹を肥やすために搾取されている現実に一石を投じるにはこちらに声をあげるのが1番だと考えた次第です。

数千円追加で出せばかなりグレードを上げられるので、あえてここに泊まる必要はないと思います。

Accueil peu sympathique (le réceptionniste semblait dormir à l'accueil, sans se soucier des arrivants). Wifi avec peu de débit. Problème d'eau (pas d'eau froide, uniquement de l'eau très chaude ce qui est étrange). Literie pas terrible, pas d'oreiller (uniquement un coussin de décoration)

客人pm3點多到 櫃檯說pm4:00才能check in ，還告知提前入住要再加錢@@感覺很不好 ；一般來說pm3點就可入住才對，有問題用手機飯店即時通問也沒回應~，飯店不提供牙刷跟牙膏也可以備註讓房客知悉，沒有規劃曬衣區及洗衣房之類的

Price gouging.

The room isn’t soundproof, we heard the foot step of upper floor’s room. It was very annoying. There is no hanger or closet in the room.
