Çalışanlar pek yardımcı değillerdi. Oglen saat 4te oda hazır olacaktı biz daha geç geldikki direkt odamıza girebilelim diye. Ancak yaklasik 4saat geç gelmemize rağmen odanın elektrik sıkıntısı olduğu tamirde olduğu ve beklememiz gerektiği söylendi, yarım saatliğine bizi başka bir odaya koydular. Odaya geçtiğimizde ise hiç konforlu değildi, yastıklar çok rahatsız ve küçük. Büyük yastık istediğimizde olmadığı söylendi ams geçici yerleştirdiler odada vardı ve odaya girdiğimizde sigara kokuyordu.ertesi gün oda temizliğinde sadece çöp alınmıştı, wc hiç temizlenmemisti.

I paid full time staying (including 1 extra day), but they forgot adding my paid extra day on their payment system. I have to show my receipt to prove full paid when starting stay in one extra day

La climatisation que nous ne pouvons pas réduire le volume et le changement entre l'eau chaude et l'eau froide qui prend beaucoup de temps. La pression de l'eau était super par contre!

Permanent marks from different thing in the last years everywhere; damaged furniture and dirty glass in the bathroom. Could not cancel stay.

The hotel has a great location very near Busan Station, and the room size and TV were good. Most of the staff we encountered were also friendly.

Unfortunately, one staff member completely ruined the experience for us. From check-in, he was very unfriendly and even made us wait for him to finish his call before attending to us. The biggest issue was that we had to change rooms THREE times because the air conditioning was not working in every room assigned to us.

During the first issue, we called for assistance and were questioned repeatedly if we were “sure” the air conditioning was not working. When the staff member finally came to the room to check reluctantly, he immediately spoke to us in an extremely rude manner, saying “You are very rude. I’m not your friend,” before stomping into the room. We were shocked, as we had spoken politely throughout and were simply asking for help as paying guests.

After confirming himself that the air conditioning indeed did not work, he rudely told us to pack our bags and go downstairs to collect a new room key. There was no apology or assistance despite us having to repack everything and move all our luggage again late at night before even having dinner.

The same situation happened again in the second room, and once more we were told to pack everything and go down to reception ourselves. No effort was made to bring the key to us or assist with the repeated inconvenience. Even after the third room change, despite him confidently assuring us he had checked the room and confirmed the air conditioning worked, it still did not function.

Another issue was the toilet and shower layout, which felt awkward and poorly designed. Although the shower area had its own door, the clothes hanging/changing area was outside of it, and there was no proper door separating the bathroom area from the main room entrance.
