Never again–you may be given a worse, foul-smelling room without any warning. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work

Cons:

I had booked a Deluxe Room with a complimentary upgrade. Upon arrival, however, I was given a musty, genuinely foul-smelling family room with three beds and no windows. It was absolutely impossible to sleep there.

They eventually changed it to a Standard Room — what a “great” upgrade, only in the wrong direction! The room had no air conditioning and the window opened onto the corridor.

The hotel is noisy because of other guests, and the Wi-Fi does not work.

The hotel also claims that they provided me with a king-size bed, but firstly, I never received any such message or information (!!!), and secondly, there was no king-size bed in the family room anyway.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Terrible experience. Never again.

Pros:

La ubicacion es muy centrica, llegas a pie, en menos de dos minutos, a los establecimientos donde puedes comprar, bolsas, zapatos, chamarras de piel, y tambien de restaurantes, asi como de la central de autobuses, excelente hotel para estancias cortas

Cons:

El hotel brinda muy buen servicio, la habitacion que solicitamos muy amplia, y familiar, con gusto regresaremos en cuanto se de la oportunidad.
