Me esperaba algo mejor

Cons:

Tuve que esperar más de 1 hora y 30 minutos para que me entreguen mi habitación, llegué a las 16h15 y me tuvieron en el lobby 1 hora y 30 minutos con una niña de 8 años y una persona de la tercera edad. Su excusa fue porque las personas anteriores no salieron pronto de su habitación. Los ascensores siempre pasan llenos, no dan capacidad para todas las personas que se hospedan en el hotel.

Pros:

Add grits to the menu along with turkey sausage otherwise everything was good

Cons:

Elevator…..only 1 elevator in service with the amount of people registered sometimes wait was up to 5 minutes

Nice pool, but very small. Kind staff.

Cons:

Breakfast boring & terrible coffee. Big negative, our room wasn't cleaned during our 3 nights stay. We needed our bins emptied, toilet paper and towels. Sheets were missing for the sofa bed. I had to get them from the reception.

Fuyez cafard dans la douche et chambre pas nettoyee. Tres mauvais du debut a la fin. Plus jamais

Très bon séjour en famille
Pros:

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement géographique de l'hôtel. Nous avons pu utiliser le metromover situé à proximité pour découvrir certaines des zones les plus touristiques de Miami.

Cons:

La piscine trop petite est le seul point à améliorer.

Chambre confortable, emplacement idéal, le petit déjeuner inclus est un vrai plus. Je recommande

La chambre est vraiment sympathique , elle est équipée d’une kitchenette.
J’ai beaucoup apprécié le personnel (femme de ménage et agent de maintenance) ils sont aimables et efficaces.

Cons:

À notre arrivée, le réceptionniste tente de nous dire que la chambre réservée n’est plus disponible (nous l’avons réservé en janvier pour un séjour en aout). Lorsqu’il a compris que ça ne nous convenait pas il a miraculeusement trouvé une chambre…


En tant que française, le petit déjeuner est pas très varié.

Concernant la chambre : je pense que la moquette c’est risqué surtout pour les allergies.

Horrible experience
Pros:

My children liked the drink refreshment throughout the day.

The staff at the front desk and kitchen were lovely.

Cons:

The house keepers were very poor. They didn't clean or change towels for 3 days. We constantly have to ask for our room to be cleaned. They bashed into the room several times without knocking invading our privacy.

Also safety was a concern for us. Anyone could walk into the hotel rooms with no checks.
