No availability for a room with 2 beds. The pullout couch was small and uncomfortable. No comforter.
the room was larger than expected. tons of amenities. the morning staff and breakfast were so excellent, but the front desk went out of their way to make my experience exceptional

The rooms are very well appointed with full kitchen and plenty of space. It's not too far to the University metro stop or the campus. Breakfast is decent and there's more spacious seating options than at a lot of hotels with included breakfast.
The fee for the parking, but there is parking on the street if you pay attention to the metered times.
Property was spacious and well maintained. Our room was large, well laid out and appointed; the bathroom was especially nice. Very nice breakfast. The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable.
This was our first stay at this hotel. The location gave us excellent access to I-5, the UW campus and many restaurants in the U-District. Even better was the close proximity to the U-District light rail station. There is secured parking in the basement. The room layouts are efficiently designed to provide good use of the space. We will definitely return again when visiting the U-District.
It felt safe. It was clean. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced.
The price. But, it was equivalent or better than other in the area. The parking lot is so tight. We have a minivan and it felt like we barely fit.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was better than expected. Location was great for visiting University of Washington.
King Suite had nice kitchen complete with everything we needed to make our own meals. Parking garage was clean and secure, easy to access.
Facility should post "Quiet Hours". Our neighbors partied until after midnight without regard to others.
