I had a wonderful stay at Baku Marriott Hotel Boulevard. The property is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. The spacious rooms, elegant design, and stunning views of the Caspian Sea created a truly relaxing atmosphere. Every area of the hotel was spotless, and the facilities were excellent. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I would be delighted to stay here again on my next visit to Baku!

⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ A hotel of epic size – with room for improvement
Pros:

Great location – close to key spots in Baku and easy to get around.
· Excellent spa & pool facilities – the heated pool, steam room, and sauna were top-notch and well-maintained. 🧖‍♂️🏊
· Helpful staff in dining – Safar, the dining manager, was always courteous, smiling, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. Made breakfast bearable! ☀️
· Orkhan handled luggage well – though not the warmest, he did ensure our bags reached our rooms safely in this massive hotel.
· Huge property – impressive scale, and if you like walking, you'll definitely get your steps in! 😄

Cons:

Breakfast was very average throughout the week – limited variety and nothing special for a hotel of this size.
· Reception staff need better training – they were polite but not naturally courteous; it felt forced and mechanical.
· First impression was poor – Orkhan at the entrance was smileless and unwelcoming, which set a bad tone right at check-in.
· Mirali (reception head) came across as aggressive initially – though he softened after we complained about our room.
· Unacceptably stinky room given to us at first – not what you expect from a premium property. Had to escalate to get it changed.
· The hotel is a maze – with over 800 rooms, be prepared for looong walks to get anywhere inside. Not ideal if you have mobility issues.
