Редко встречаются места, после которых остаётся не только красивый отпуск, но и человеческое тепло. Спасибо всему персоналу за заботу, внимание и искреннее отношение — особенно в момент, когда мне было плохо и без лишних вопросов продлили время пребывания. Это было очень ценно.
И отдельно — любовь к вашим завтракам: вкусным, уютным и с той самой атмосферой спокойного утра, ради которой хочется просыпаться пораньше. Спасибо за сервис с душой.

Замечательный отель! Очень высокий уровень обслуживания. Чудесно оформленные номера, для доступа к верхним этажам работаю 4 лифта. Ванная комната оборудована и ванной и душевой! Завтраки выше всех похвал! Невозможно попробовать все, что предлагается. Попросила продлить пребывание, так как самолет был поздно вечером, продлили моментально без доплаты! А какой чудесный холл отеля, терраса в тенечке! Отель безусловно держит марку 5*! Спасибо за приятное время, проведенное у Вас!

Cons:

Единственный минус, это локация. Далековато от центра города и от всех достопримечательностей Баку. Надо брать такси! Но и это не проблема. Прямо возле отеля их полно.
