I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Baku Intourist for 5 days and 4 nights.

From the very first day, I felt truly cared for. Unfortunately, I became sick shortly after arriving in Baku, but the reception team was incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed me to use the spa at 10:00 a.m. so I could rest and recover, and they also arranged an early check-in at 12:00 p.m., which I greatly appreciated.

The room service was excellent throughout my stay, and the food was absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet, which was included, offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options every morning. We also tried the Chocolate Fountain dessert, which was amazing, and enjoyed a fish dinner that was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic.

A special thank you to Eldeniz, who was exceptionally attentive and professional during breakfast service. I would also like to express my gratitude to Miz-Meyti, Ilkin, Reyhan, Jayla, Elnaza, and Leyla for their kindness, hospitality, and excellent service.

Special thanks to everyone working at Sheraton Baku Intourist for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. The warm hospitality, delicious food, and outstanding customer service made this a truly enjoyable experience.

I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future!

Nice hotel but a little bit far from the city.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, complete. A real joy.

Мне понравилось отношение с порога! Ребята на ресепшене были очень внимательны. Очень быстро заселили. Хотя было раннее утро. Прекрасный отель, ресторан вне всяких похвал. Завтрак чудесный!! Поздравили супруга с днем рождения, прямо скажу тортиком, а не пирожным! Не первый раз останавливаемся и еще вернёмся. Спасибо большое команде. Вы замечательные❤️

אנשי צוות נחמדים ומנסים לעשות כמיטב יכולתם, מיקום עם נוף יפה לים ולגלגל ענק למי שלוקח חדר עם מרפסת ונוף, זה משדרג!
