Great hotel
Pros:

The hotel's location is great, as everything is very close by. The rooms were very clean and comfortable; we had a sea-view guest room. The hotel staff were amazing and always tried their best to help accommodate us.

We want to thank Elmira, Fiza, Ahmed, and all the reception staff, who were always friendly and did a great job. Also, the staff who greeted us for breakfast with a smile and warm welcome every day.

Finally, thank you to Elnara, Jala, Gunay, Ilkin, and Reyhan and also the manager of the restaurant who was fantastic.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but sometimes I thought there could have been a wider selection.

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.
The hotel standards and service were top-notch.
The breakfasts were excellent and varied.

The rooms were very clean and serviced daily.
A big thank you to the reception team for their help with our luggage, which didn't arrive on the same flight as us.

My stay at Sheraton Baku exceeded all my expectations. It is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The impeccable service, spotless cleanliness, stylish and comfortable rooms, wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality made my stay truly unforgettable. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Aydana at the reception for her kindness, professionalism, attention to every detail, and genuine dedication to making every guest feel welcome and comfortable. I would also like to thank Mirzə and Günay from the restaurant for their warm hospitality, attentive service, and the pleasant atmosphere they created during every meal. Special appreciation goes to Chef Reyhan, whose dishes were absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared to the highest standards. Thanks to such outstanding people, this hotel leaves only the warmest memories and a strong desire to return again. I wholeheartedly recommend Sheraton Baku to anyone looking for true five-star service, comfort, outstanding hospitality, and exceptional quality. I will definitely be back!

Excellent stay, the hotel is definitely recommended
Pros:

Very good location, big room, excellent bed. Cleaning service, change towels and drink water supply on a daily basis. The hotel staff is polite and professional, both at reception desk (thanks to Elmira) and at breakfast (thanks to Elnara). We would definitely return.

Cons:

The hotel needs a bit refresh in the rooms, but it isn't the big issue.

Personel ve kahvaltıdan çok memnun kaldık. Konumu da oldukça merkezi. Özellikle Miryusif, Firangiz, Shahri, Elshan, Aydana, Muslim ve Sadig a çok teşekkür ederiz. Mutfak tarafında da Reyhan Hanım çok güleryüzlüydü. Genel otel imkanları bakımından belki temizliğe biraz daha dikkat edilebilir ama o da iyi denebilirdi. Tekrar gitsem kalırım

В целом отличный отель, сервис достойный. Из неудобств, подъезд на автомобиле. Завтраки, шведский стол, плюс дополнительно готовят омлет. Номер с балконом, стеклопакеты толстые, когда закрываешь, улицу не слышно. система кондиционирования на отлично.
