Pros:

Вежливый персонал, хорошие затраки.

Cons:

В ночь на 13 была очень громкая музыка с улицы ( вечеринка ) и до 24 невозможно было спать. В номере не работал холодильник. В ванной комнате не чистый пол и не чистая плитка в душе.
В спа нет бассеина и очень маленькая сауна.

Wonderful and happy to repeat with family
Pros:

The location is excellent, a little away from the hustle and bustle, yet 5 minutes walk to the action.
I had a sea view room on 4th floor and the view was just amazing and very good weather to sit on the balcony take awesome pictures and just enjoy the weather and take in the sunset and view of the most iconic structures in Baku
The spa was excellent and very good, clean and professional service
The breakfast spread was great, especially Chef Rala, very warm and motherly figure who made the most tasty and perfect Egg Benedict each and every morning, as soon as she saw me and greeted me with a broad warm smile.
Reception staff were very welcoming with a smile and helpful
The housekeeping staff were very courteous and did a great job of cleaning each day

Cons:

Spa bookings could have been made simpler
TV did not work at all

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr professionell. Besonderer Dank an folgendem Personal:
Eldeniz und seinem Team.

Cons:

Die Wasserspülung der Toilette war defekt. Trotz der kleinen Reparatur war die Funktion beeinträchtigt.

В первую очередь понравилось локация отеля, первая линия, рядом набережная, вид с окна был великолепным, хоть и частичный вид на море был, очень внимательный персонал, соотношение цены и качества 👌🏻
Обязательно еще вернемся к вам 💐

Cons:

Местами чувствуется требуется ремонт уже, но это никак не портит само впечатление от отеля.
