Pros:

Everything about the room was perfect. When we entered the lobby we were greeted by Yegana and Riaol. Hospitality was top notch. Place was clean and tidy. We were welcomed with a beautiful cake since it was our honeymoon trip. View was amazing 10/10. Will recommend to anyone.

Great Hotel in Baku
Pros:

I recently stayed at a hotel in Baku and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic and the staff were incredible. We truly loved everything about our stay.

However, there were a few downsides. The distance from the city center was a bit inconvenient, and unfortunately, the sauna was out of order for the entire duration of our visit, which didn't seem fair for a five-star hotel.

Despite these issues, the staff were very helpful. One employee, named Ahmad, went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but I hope they address the sauna issue for future guest.
