もっと良くできるのにもったいない。
Pros:

江南エリアに行くならバスも地下鉄も結構便利だと思います。
バスタブのある部屋に泊まりましたが、窓のそばでスッキリした部屋なのはいい点ですね。

Cons:

掃除と設備に問題あり。
バスタブの掃除が最悪で、髪の毛が2本付いてました。
またシャワールームのガラスの仕切りにがっつり隙間があるので水が漏れます。
宿泊した部屋の窓（ベランダ）は鍵が壊れていて、閉まりもせず開きもせず、中途半端なところで開きっぱなしです。なので、寒い風は入ってくるし、道路の騒音も入ってきます。このため、窓が閉まっていたら少しは騒音がマシなのか確認できませんでした。

Aircon right in your face
Pros:

Urban double room is clean and suitable for one person, it’ll be tight for two with two medium suitcases. Cleaning staff efficient and very polite. There’s a microwave in the basement lounge but you’re not allowed to eat there. Laundry room has one washer and one dryer that costs KW400 to KW500. Small gym with good weight rack and some treadmills.

Cons:

The aircon draft in my urban double room pointed right at my face. And the four pillows were all too soft and floppy to sleep in. I suffered for 3 nights before they finally had a micro fibre pillow to spare - I slept with the pillow at the foot of the bed and finally had proper sleep.

Pros:

The kingsize bed had a really comfortable mattress. The place was rather quiet although my room was oriented towards the street. Generally I liked the calm and friendly hospitality here.

Good hotel location but front desk service is not up to par
Pros:

It is quite near to Exit 2 of Yangjae subway station. This area is not very happening but you can find 2 24Hr restaurants and 2 convenience stores nearby, just steps away. (Beware that there is no escalator at this subway station.)

Best thing is the airport limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel, making it so easy for solo traveller with a big luggage.

Cons:

I arrived in the morning around 9.30am, despite that I am staying for 5 nights (1 on my own booking, rest 4 on company's), they insist for additional charge for early check-in. The way that the male receptionist handled this made me feels that they are very rigid.

On the day that I checked out, I asked for help about the complete timetable of airport bus 6009 from the frontdesk, the receptionist (another man this time) was kind of impatient. This is contrary to my past impression staying in this hotel for business in the past.
