Pros:

Breakfast was perfect for the price, room was cleaned daily, fresh towels, water, service extremely nice. The air conditioning worked nice. Everything is super close, location is amazing. Our flight was delayed, so even got to check-in after hours. We loved our stay!

Wonderful staff, but the air conditioning needs improvement.
Pros:

* The staff were exceptionally kind and made my stay much more enjoyable.
* They gave me practical advice about sightseeing, buying attraction tickets, and avoiding tourist traps.
* They also recommended several local restaurants, and I really enjoyed the food.
* They explained the best way to get to the airport by public transport and suggested an easier route than the ones shown on Google Maps or the Transit app.
* Although laundry service was not listed among the hotel’s facilities, the front desk arranged it for me. It was even cheaper than nearby laundries (€5/kg at the time of my stay), and my clothes were returned the same evening.
* The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view.
* As described, there is no elevator, but the staff kindly helped carry my suitcase.

* スタッフは本当に親切で、旅行中とても助けられました。周辺観光で気を付けることや、観光施設のチケットの買い方など、旅行者目線で丁寧に教えてくださいました。
* イスタンブールで見るべき場所や所要時間、おすすめのローカル向けレストランもいくつも紹介していただき、観光も食事も楽しめました。
* 帰りの交通手段もとても丁寧に教えてくださり感謝しています。空港までは渋滞を避けるためメトロと電車だけで向かいましたが、GoogleマップやTransitアプリでは表示されない、乗り換えの少ない便利なルートを教えていただけました。
* ランドリーサービスはホテルの案内にはありませんでしたが、フロントでお願いすると手配していただけました。周辺のランドリーより価格も安く（宿泊当時5ユーロ/kgでご案内いただきました。予め調べた周辺施設は300TR/kgなど）、16時頃に預けて20時過ぎには受け取ることができ、とても便利でした。
* ルーフトップからの眺めが良かったです。
* エレベーターはありません（ホテルの説明どおり）が、スタッフがスーツケースを運んでくださいました。

* The air conditioner in my room was running, but it did not produce any cold air. Even in late June, I had to keep both the window and the door open to make the room bearable.
* I asked the night staff if I could change rooms or borrow a fan, but I was told the hotel was fully booked and no fan was available.
* I also contacted Booking.com during my stay, but unfortunately the issue was not resolved before I checked out.

* 私の部屋ではエアコンは作動しているものの冷風が出ず、6月でしたが窓とドアを開けて過ごしました。夜に部屋の変更や扇風機の貸し出しをお願いしましたが、満室で対応できないとのことでした。Booking.comにも滞在中に連絡しましたが、滞在中には解決しませんでした。

Hotel centrale, comodo e pulito, con una bellissima terrazza!
Pros:

Staff gentilissimo, colazione dolce e salata abbondante (con anche piatti tipici locali), posizione centrale, ma più tranquilla di altre zone della città e camera pulitissima!

Cons:

Nulla, mi è piaciuto tutto!

Pros:

Отель расположен в историческом центре, до остановки трамвая 10 мин пешком, на соседней улице рестораны, супермаркеты. Завтрак вкусный, но ассортимент не особо разнообразный. Номер небольшой, со всеми удобствами. Замечательный вид на Босфор и чаек с крыши.

Cons:

Не хватало кофе из кофемашины и пуфиков с зонтиками на крыше для отдыха от долгих прогулок.

Все просто супер
Pros:

Очень удобное расположение, до голубой мечети, айя Софии и цистерны базилика пару минут пешком. Рядом находится автобусная остановка, в пешей доступности трамвай. Персонал отеля очень отзывчивый и всегда готовы помочь. Завтраки очень вкусные. Шумо изоляции в номер отличная, улица где располагается отель тихая. Однозначно рекомендуем отель.

Per chi ha poche pretese ottima soluzione.
Pros:

Posizione ottima, anche se per arrivare all’hotel bisogno fare strade in pendenza quindi non molto comodo. Lo staff alla reception veramente squisito e super disponibile. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo ottima, per chi non ha molte pretese sicuramente una buona soluzione.

Cons:

La colazione viene servita una stanza nel seminterrato era fredda dato che tutto posizionato su piatti. Il pane freddo e non c’era modo di riscaldarlo sarebbe stato carino avere le uova calde, e il pane tostato ma nel complesso buona colazione. La stanza molto piccola, e all’arrivo non era molto pulita, abbiamo trovato vari capelli sparsi per la stanza. Non consigliato per chi soffre di claustrofobia.

Um ótimo hotel
Pros:

Os funcionários são gentis, atenciosos e solícitos. Te dão dicas de restaurantes que não são pega-turistas (tourist trap) e de atrações que valem a pena a visita a depender da situação atual (como reformas que podem atrapalhar a apreciação). A cama era confortável, o quarto era limpo e agradável. Fica muito próximo às atrações de Sultanhamet. Localizado em uma rua sem saída, silenciosa, tranquila e segura.

Pros:

В отеле сделан ремонт, и интерьер лучше чем на фотографиях. Хорошее местоположение прямо в центре, рядом все достопримечательности Стамбула, каждые 2 дня меняют постель и полотенца, вежливый администратор и сотрудники.

Cons:

Раньше (декабрь 2024)завтраки продавались на трассе и это было здорово. Очень жаль, что сейчас завтраки перенесли в цокольный этаж

Affordable centerly located, 5 min walk to major attraction

Very economical budget wise and close to major attraction. Just 5 min walk. Hotel is good and staff is friendly. The only drawback is hotel doesn’t have lift.
