L’emplacement
Le charme extérieur de l’hôtel

Cons:

On arrive dans une chambre qui n’était pas celle des photos (vue sur le lac et lit King-Sise) avec un lit qui a été fait à la va vite (pas du tout King-sise) sans compter le nettoyage défaillant.
On nous propose une chambre dans un autre étage laquelle on n’as pas accepté pour diverses raisons,
On nous propose une troisième chambre qu’on fini par accepter avec vue latérale sur le Lac…
Malheureusement dans celle ci je tiens à relever le manque d’un deuxième oreiller (trop mou), une porte de salle de bain qui a la poignée à moitié cassé, une douche qui n’est pas étanche il fallait faire attention pour n’avoir pas d’eau sur toute la salle de bain, la chasse d’eau aussi cassé, le nettoyage du balcon inexistant, me mobilier qui commence à dater…
Le petit déjeuner décevant avec très peu de choix…

Völlig überzogene Preise nach Besitzerwechsel
Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon einmal in diesem Hotel und damals sehr zufrieden. Nach dem Besitzerwechsel im letzten Jahr hat sich das Niveau leider drastisch verschlechtert. Das einzig Grossartige an diesem Hotel ist heute nur noch die Lage.

Service & Empfang:
Während die Dame an der Rezeption bemüht und wohlwollend war, war das Verhalten der neuen Führungskräfte absolut unprofessionell. Man wird keines Blickes gewürdigt, stattdessen wird Gästen beim Empfang der Rücken zugedreht. Ein solch ignorantes Verhalten ist im Gastgewerbe völlig fehl am Platz.

Sauberkeit:
Hier gibt es massive Mängel. Schon der Aufzug war schmutzig. Im Zimmer ging es leider weiter: Der Teppich war nicht gründlich gesaugt, es gab auffällig viele Spinnenweben und im Badezimmer klebten noch Flecken und Spritzer der Vorgänger an den Fliesen beim Waschbecken. Das ist unhygienisch und darf in dieser Preisklasse absolut nicht passieren.

Frühstück:
Das Buffet war extrem dürftig und entsprach ebenfalls in keiner Weise dem Standard, den man für dieses Geld erwartet.

Fazit:
Die gute Lage kann die gravierenden Mängel bei Service, Sauberkeit und Essen nicht wettmachen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht mehr, da die Preise in keinem Verhältnis zur erbrachten Leistung stehen. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Cons:

Leider schon beim Eingang der Teppich schmutzig und defekt.
Abluft Toilette Filter stark verstopft und beim Türschloss konnte man den Knopf des Zylinder abziehen.
Matratze war "durch"

Frühstück "normal"...

Schade. Für das schöne Haus und die Lage reicht es nicht.

Grosszügiges Zimmer, tolle Terrasse mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Lage direkt am See war auch wunderschön. Sehr willkommen auch die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer.

Cons:

Der Teppich im Zimmer hat auf mich nicht sehr hygienisch gewirkt.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Wir bekamen ein upgrading des Zimmer was super schön war, seitlichem Seeblick und sehr ruhig. Danke! Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, um zu Fuss 1Std an der Seeuferpromenade entlang Thun-Stadzentrum zu erreichen oder mit dem öffentlichen Bus in 10 Minuten. Das Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl, um sich satt zu essen und mit feinem Tee und Kaffee sich zu verwöhnen.
