No recomendamos nada este hotel. La piscina es un charco compartida con unos apartamentos. Es publi engañosa las fotos y esa info hay que saberla. La habitación sin más. Nos dieron un Tendedero para tender las toallas tanque cogimos una habitación estándar. Pero pensábamos q todas tenían un pequeño balcón al ser hotel de playa y según se me comunica x tlf dos días antes de ir. Lo que supuso un problema en la entrada y cn malas formas por parte de una tal Lorena creo recordar gerente del hotel. Me atendió fatal por tlf . Cómo persona que llevo trabajando en recepción de hotel 15 años estas formas no se pueden permitir. Aguantamos con el tendedero pero vamos no volveremos. Zona mala. Playa malísima mejor ir a la de Elche. Y para comer nada por la zona. Un cero este hotel. En todos los sentidos.
El buffet.
Que nos dieran una habitación sin terraza ya que en nuestra reserva nos venía la habitación con vistas al mar con terraza y apenas podíamos secar bien las toallas que usábamos para la playa y piscina...
Y el servicio de limpieza no pasaban a hacer la habitación durante todo el día solo hasta las 12 y nos tiramos con las mismas sábanas y toallas un par de días.

Personal amable, muchísimo aparcamiento alrededor del hotel, ubicación buena tanto para ir al pueblo como a la playa y buena zona de piscina.
El precio, se entiende que sea un sitio turístico de sol y playa pero para la calidad de las habitaciones/servicios del restaurante podría estar algo más ajustado.

Sencillo pero todo muy bien.
La amabilidad del personal, en especial Lorena de recepción.
La limpieza de las habitaciones es muy mejorable.
Lo que más me gustó es que era muy tranquilo y no había ni un ruido por la noche,zona tranquila y a 10 min a pie de playa, en general todo bien ,a destacar la cama también era cómoda y el personal agradable tanto en recepción como camarer@s
