Pros:

Comfortable bed. Clean, spacious room. Ample breakfast. Courteous desk staff. Good underground parking.

Cons:

Air con was a problem at times. No coffee or tea making equipment in room. Safe did not have a lock. Bathroom needs more shelf or cupboard space. Soap dispenser in shower hard to use. Did not realise that a hotel called "Gran Playa", is not in fact on the beach. 10-15 minute walk to get there.

El personal muy atento y la habitación y las instalaciones en general muy bien.
La comida muy buena, sobre todo el pisto de verduras, todos los días había verduritas pochadas y estaban deliciosas.

Cons:

Los cojines de los asientos del bar y la zona común estaban un poco sucios y los precios de las consumiciones un poco caras.
Me hubiese gustado, aunque no es imprescindible, que en el restaurante pusieran carteles de la comida que había, más o menos se distinguía lo que era, pero en un par de ocasiones no se sabía que tipo de pescado o carne era

Lorena de recepcion, limpieza y amplitud de habitaciones. Desayuno está bien. Climatización

Cons:

A pesar del nombre, son 10m andando a la playa con mucho calor, hotel anexo a parque atraciones, vistas feotas. Es un 3 estrellas en sentido estricto, no se puede esperar más ni menos. El precio es excesivo para la categoria. La piscina pequeña compartida con bloque de apartamentos
