Noise from other rooms and a bit far from town
Mario plus Reception staff, breakfast staff, meeting, the handy man all so friendly & cheerful. Just on arrival Reception gentleman was nice, but could have been bit more helpful. We arived 10.30 pm we would have liked just 1 x drink at bar. Maybe he could have just poured or opened 1 at bar. I struggled with vending machine to get water. Only to find 2x in room, which was brilliant. But he never told us about this.
Was a strange knocking through night on first night, maintenance? Kids pool not open which didn't affect us, but those with families would need. Bar closed at 10.30. Could do with parasols around pool as only 1 tree to seek shade.

Staff were friendly. nice (for us) quiet location. Was a 5 min walk to the beach, 10mins to the restaurants. Very clean. Sunny balcony. Santa Pola is a very nice area, lovely beaches and marina
Deceptively small pool area, was ok for us as hotel wasn’t busy , however can see the ‘few’ sun loungers being an issue generally. The WiFi was non existent at times
