Great. Would recommend
Pros:

The service. The view. How clean the room was. How beautiful the view was from the room.

Cons:

It was slightly pricey for what it was. I wish the spar was included in the total price. However this is just my opinion. It was an amazing hotel. I also wish there was more food options on the menu

Le lieu est magnifique très bien entretenu rien à redire

Cons:

Le service côté piscine et restauration, pour un addition de 198€ pour 2 couverts le service n'était clairement pas qualitatif.

Ce sont deux jeunes qui nous on servit peut etres qu'ils leurs faut un peu d'expérience ou autre, c'est dommage le séjour était parfait le seul point noir est celui ci.

La cuisine reste par contre très bonne 👍

Die Tiere sind sehr niedlich. Viele Parkplätze.

Cons:

Restaurant nicht auf dem Niveau von 4-Sterne - schon garnicht 5-Sterne, die hier am Hotel hängen. Überall Mücken. Pool nicht gereinigt. Personal ungelernt. Zum Wandern auch ungeeignet. Sehr lieblos. Wo man Boot fahren kann oder Pferde reiten kann war uns auch fraglich. Man konnte uns damit jedenfalls nicht weiterhelfen. Von 5-Sterne Hotels bin ich es gewohnt, dass die sowas organisieren. Was man auf der Webseite sieht, sieht so nicht aus, da es nicht gepflegt ist!

Pros:

La literie merveilleuse , la chambre spacieuse , ce petit cocon de nature , très calme et proche de tout , petite attention adorable dans la chambre pour l’anniversaire de mon mari à ma demande ,

Cons:

Piscine sale, parasols déchirés avec fils qui pendent , transats pas confortables et serviettes de piscine très petites , fauteuils extérieurs en plastique peu confortables, manque d expérience du personnel , et manque de personnel au petit déjeuner ,personne ne vient voir si on veut boire un verre au bord de la piscine ou si on a besoin de quelque chose , vin très cher, plats bons mais pas dingue mis à part la gardianne de taureau . Cela ne vaut pas le standing d’un 5 étoiles ….déçue

An der Rezeption war niemand, wir mussten lange warten.
Das Hotel ist dreckig!!!
Die Zimmer sind dreckig mit Spinnweben an den Wänden und überall Spuren von erschlagen Moskitos. Wir haben das Zimmer gewechselt. Im Aussenbereich ist die Lounge schmutzig und ein Service fand nicht statt.
Der Service am Abend im Restaurant Marius, war sehr unprofessionell mit langen Wartezeiten. Das Essen war mittelmässig.
Ich verstehe nicht, wie das Hotel seine 5 Sterne verdient. Die Anlage ist heruntergekommen, das Personal nicht geschult und nur mit der Lage kann man dies nicht kompensieren. Der Tennisplatz war nicht bespielbar. Die Fahrräder für die Gäste sind rostig. Das gesamte Haus braucht dringend eine Renovation und eine Führung, die das Personal schult.

Emplacement et le lieu très pittoresque
Petit déjeuner bon, repas aussi même si prix relativement élevé

Cons:

Devoir négocier pour avoir une table au restaurant pour dîner, nous avions pu avoir la réservation le premier soir car le restaurant nous avait appelé avant notre séjour. Nous ne pensions pas devoir négocier pour avoir une table le soir la deuxième nuit considérant que nous avons un bébé qui allait dormir dans la chambre à côté du restaurant.

Les parties communes nécessiteraient un nettoyage et le remplacement de mobilier cassé, idem pour les chambres.

Manque de personnel aux petits déjeuners et dîners.

Beautiful layout and design integrated so well with nature! The atmosphere is stylish yet calming. Excellent location, close to the beach, and you hear a low din of pleasant nature sounds all the time. Very comfortable bed. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is excellent! The restaurant is overall very good and the comments areas are lovely. I wish we had spent more time here actually because it seems like there is so much to enjoy at this ideal getaway.

Cons:

It wasn’t made clear enough in advance that access to the spa (not the spa services, the pool/sauna/whirlpool) is only possible if you book it in advance for 30 euros per person per hour. This should be stated on the listing because I partially chose the property to be able to use the (indoor) pool and it was not available.
