Très bel endroit en pleine naturel Belle piscine, petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, très bon repas au restaurant dans un cadre agréable.
A notre arrivée à 16 heures, nous avons attendu 45 MNS pour avoir notre chambre. Malgré nos 3 demandes, la personne à la réception n'a pas contacté le personnel de ménage et nous a laissé sans information.
Nous avons dû demander 2 fois des serviettes pour la piscine.
Un peu plus de réactivité aurait été apprécié dans ce genre d'établissement.
Abseits der Touristenströme gelegen, direkt an einem flachen Gewässer mit Wassertieren und schönem Pool, wir hatten ein großzügiges Zimmer gleich neben der Pferdekoppel, an der uns jeden Morgen zwei weiße Pferde begrüßten, leckeres Abendessen im Restaurant, Frühstück ebenso, das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend

Location near beautiful waterfront town, wildlife preserve, famous native white horses & black bulls was outstanding.

The service. The view. How clean the room was. How beautiful the view was from the room.
It was slightly pricey for what it was. I wish the spar was included in the total price. However this is just my opinion. It was an amazing hotel. I also wish there was more food options on the menu

Le service côté piscine et restauration, pour un addition de 198€ pour 2 couverts le service n'était clairement pas qualitatif.
Ce sont deux jeunes qui nous on servit peut etres qu'ils leurs faut un peu d'expérience ou autre, c'est dommage le séjour était parfait le seul point noir est celui ci.
La cuisine reste par contre très bonne 👍

Restaurant nicht auf dem Niveau von 4-Sterne - schon garnicht 5-Sterne, die hier am Hotel hängen. Überall Mücken. Pool nicht gereinigt. Personal ungelernt. Zum Wandern auch ungeeignet. Sehr lieblos. Wo man Boot fahren kann oder Pferde reiten kann war uns auch fraglich. Man konnte uns damit jedenfalls nicht weiterhelfen. Von 5-Sterne Hotels bin ich es gewohnt, dass die sowas organisieren. Was man auf der Webseite sieht, sieht so nicht aus, da es nicht gepflegt ist!
This hotel was situated in the beautiful wetlands with nature buzzing all around. The hotel itself is very design forward and would satisfy those who prefer an on trend, thoughtfully curated hotel!
