Pros:

המלון היה מצוין. יפה, נקי, ארוחת בוקר מעולה, חדר נוח. מיקום טוב. נתנו לנו לעשות צ'ק אין קצת לפני 12:00 בצהריים.

Cons:

הבר של הבריכה היה בשיפוצים :( למרות זאת, הגישו משקאות בבריכה.

Hôtel sympa à playa
Pros:

Tout était top ! le petit déjeuner extra avec du sucré et salé, la chambre spacieuse et bien agencée avec beaucoup de rangements, l'hôtel est calme malgré la proximité de la 5e avenue, la piscine est agréable avec serviettes et bains de soleil à disposition. L'équipe est sympa et mention spéciale aux hommes et femmes de chambre qui font un travail formidable.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel à 100%

Cons:

La clim est bruyante mais il suffit de la mettre avant de se coucher et de l'éteindre ensuite.

Gut gelegenes Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern und sehr gutem Frühstücksbuffet

Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und sauber und die Dusche war gross mit gutem Wasserdruck. Die Lage war sehr gut. zu Fuss in 5 min bei Geschäften und der berühmten 5Av. Eine kleine Oase in Mitten von Playa del Carmen. Das Frühstück war super. Buffet mit genügend Auswahl. Das Beste Frühstück unserer Rundreise.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer in Richtung Stadt. Es war sehr laut, da es direkt neben der Strasse lag. Auch nachts war der Verkehr deutlich zu hören und erschwerte den Schlaf. Die Kissen sind eine Katastrophe. Sehr hart und dick. Es sollten verschiedenen Kissen zur Auswahl haben.

Great value hotel with excellent food in the heart of Playa del Carmen
Pros:

Great value hotel in a perfect location for 5th avenue and walking distance to the beach. Staff are super friendly and helpful, the pool area is excellent and really peaceful, and the food is excellent (breakfast is a highlight and the cerviche here was one of my best meals in Mexico!). Room was comfortable and spacious with a good shower.

Cons:

The gym is quite tired and lacked adequate air conditioning which made it quite uncomfortable to work out in. There was air conditioning but it had a locked seal over the controls and was set at 28 degrees which is far too high. Sorting this out and making a few upgrades could make a big difference.

My city view room had a nice terrace, but it looked over a busy road so the trade-up probably isn't worth it given the extra noise and lack of view.

Super hôtel, on a adoré
Pros:

Superbe hôtel, à 2 pas du centre et de la mer mais très calme. Hyper bien placé !
Nous avons adoré notre séjour à HM playa. Le petit déjeuner buffet génial dans une salle très bien décorée et une terrasse, la piscine bien grande et plein de banquettes pour se poser confortablement !
Les chambres bien grandes et super propres, bien équipées, lits confortables
Tout le personnel et très gentil et souriant que ce soit l’accueil, le pool bar, au petit déjeuner et les femmes de ménage ! On s’est senti vraiment bien, top top

Excelente hotel com bom café da manhã, localização excepcional.
Pros:

Hotel muito bonito, limpo, bom café da manhã, excelente localização, perto da Quinta Avenida e funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

Os travesseiros eram muito duros e altos e não havia outra opção. Não era muito confortável para dormir.

Pros:

Tivemos um imprevisto na acomodação (goteira no banheiro) e rapidamente a equipe solucionou para nós, sempre muito educados. Café da manhã excelente, muito bem servido com omeletes feitas na hora! Piscina maravilhosa com serviço rápido, staff agradável e preço justo. Super recomendo!

Disappointing stay — service below expectations
Pros:

The room was acceptable and the housekeeping service decent. The secured parking worked fine, with pleasant staff.

Cons:

The front desk staff came across as condescending and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. At the bar, every cocktail order came with a 45 minute wait, and the same applied to food. The gym was poorly maintained the treadmill cut out every 6 minutes, making any workout a frustrating ordeal. Front desk was really bad.

חופשה נהדרת במלון שמספק את הסחורה big time
Pros:

חדר נחמד ומרווח. מיקום טוב של המלון במרחק הליכה למדרחוב המרכזי של העיר. גישה מהירה ברכב לכביש המהיר ודרכו לאתרים רבים. בריכה יפה מאד עם pool bar ממש צמוד למים. ארוחת בוקר מעולה.

Cons:

המזגן בחדר הרעיש מאד, אבל היה מאוורר תקרה מעולה שהספיק לאחר שקיררנו מעט את החדר עם המזגן.
