Maravilhoso em todos os quesitos!
Pros:

Funcionários educados e prestativos. Quarto amplo e limpo todos os dias, drink de recepção, serviço de piscina top, café da manhã e comida do restaurante maravilhoso!
2 quadras da famosa Quinta Avenida ❤️

Cons:

Para quem vem de ônibus fica longe da rodoviária e da saída do Ferry para Cozumel. Tem q pegar taxi, mas é baratinho! Na playa não existe Uber.
Do hotel a praia uma caminhada de 15 min e não é tão bonita, pelo menos minha opinião !

Spacious and comfortable room & relaxing poolside area
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely visit again. The room was super comfy and spacious, the staff were lovely and really helpful. Loved the breakfast. Everything was spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed the food and drinks from the pool side bar as well - very relaxing and just what we needed!

Pros:

Die Lage ist echt klasse. Nur wenige Minuten von der 5ta avenida entfernt, aber in der Nähe sind auch genug Restaurants und Cafés. Das Zimmer war immer sauber und auch der Pool und der Service dort war super. Ich habe auch nochmal um 3 Nächte verlängert.

Cons:

Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack etwas sehr hart, aber nicht so dramatisch, dass ich trotzdem länger geblieben bin.

Tout : l emplacement idéal à 6mn de quinta avenue, la chambre était grande et propre, l établissement est propre et très agréable..
Le petit déjeuner était top sous forme de buffet avec be1ucoup de choix et un cuisinier pour faire les œufs suivant notre souhait

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Die Lage war als Startpunkt für unsere Unternehmungen gut. Parkplatz bewacht direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Zu unserer Zeit war Seegrasalarm. Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

Pros:

L’hôtel est super bien placé par rapport à l’artère centrale de Playa de Carmen : à quelques minutes à pied mais suffisamment loin du bruit.

La piscine est extrêmement agréable et bien aménagé (pas mal de transat, beds, balançoires dans la piscine). Elle est dans la cour centrale avec pas mal de végétations, ce qui donne un joli aspect.

Le petit déjeuner est en buffet et assez bon !
Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien aménagées

Cons:

La Clim est assez bruyante mais rien de très dérangeant
