Pros:

Hotel molt arreglat, amb un estil diferent i cuidat, tot i que una mica antic. Habitacions impecables, amples i netes. Personal molt amable i eficient. Esmorzar excel·lent. Ubicació cèntrica, a uns 15’ del centre. Recomanable 100%.

Cons:

Podria millor L’aïllament del soroll amb el carrer i els passadissos.
Vam haver de fer unes trucades d’urgència a l’hotel per un tema aliè a ells i no ens van atendre el telèfon; per booking van tardar unes 2h a respondre. Clarament no era per un tema relacionat amb ells Pero ens hagués estat d’ajuda haver-hi pogut contactar abans. Això no resta que l’experiència a l’hotel ha estat fantàstica i repetiriem.

Pas d'ascenseur et les escaliers sont très étroits, cest compliqué avec un valise.

Unfassbar nette Besitzer, bei denen man sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Das Hotel ist wirklich etwas Besonderes, die Zimmer sind toll. Kaffee und Tee ganztägig umsonst verfügbar.
Innenstadt fußläufig in ca. 15 min zu erreichen.

Staff was great. I got to the hotel quite early hoping to just drop off my luggage, but they put in the effort to have my room ready quickly, which I really appreciated.

The room was a bit dark, but it was fine otherwise.

Pros:

Struttura d’epoca molto carina e ben curata. La sala colazione sembra un salottino di altri tempi e i gestori curano la colazione e l’accoglienza degli ospiti nel minimo dettaglio.
Al nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato un upgrade gratuito della stanza da noi prenotata, siamo così stati accolti in una grande, elegante e curata suite. La struttura è in una posizione comoda a circa 10 minuti a piedi.

Cons:

L’aria condizionata di alcune stanze è centralizzata, non è pertanto possibile gestirla in autonomia ma è necessario rivolgersi al personale (che comunque è sempre disponibile ad aiutare)

Porte de la salle de bain qui grince beaucoup. Pas suffisamment d'emplacements pour poser ses affaires de toilette, pas de possibilité d'accrocher les serviettes de bain

L'établissement est plutôt bien placé proche du quartier latin et des spectacles. Bus au pied de l'hôtel et métro a 5 mn.
Personnel très sympathique. Café, thé et eau fraîche en libre service 24/24.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très simple
Route assez bruillante mais ce qui est normal en ville !
Nous avions un chambre au 2e étage sans assscenceur

Peu de place dans la chambre le sèche cheveux mais concernant la place c’est normal au vue du bâtiment un vieux manoir peut être prévoir des petites astuces pour avoir un peu de place pour déposer les effets personnels dans la chambre

Kleines Hotel mit Charme
Pros:

Wir durften schon weit vor dem eigentlichen Check-in in das Zimmer, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Interieur (Souterrain) war modern und hat uns gut gefallen. Das Bad war etwas klein, für 2 Leute aber ausreichend.
Bei der Ankunft war eines der Bettlaken schmutzig. Dies wurde aber umgehend nach Reklamation behoben.
Es gab ein gutes Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

Es gab keine Parkplätze. Man muss auf eine relativ weit entfernte (dafür günstige) Tiefgarage ausweichen. Zum Gepäck ausladen jedoch steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung.
Die Treppe zum Zimmer ist etwas steil (vor allem mit großem Gepäck).

A delightful, affordable and comfortable boutique hotel to call our temporary home.
Pros:

Location was central to Old Montreal and was easy to navigate and find our way around. The hotel itself was exceptionally well maintained and welcoming. Frederick was kind, thoughtful and always was around to lend a hand.

Cons:

Not having an elevator made the property slightly challenging but was not in any way a dealbreaker to our stay. There was nothing that we disliked about the property. We would easily stay there again.
