Soggiorno consigliatissimo
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel in posizione strategica per visitare la città. Staff estremamente gentile che ci ha supportati in più di un'occasione. Struttura molto curata e accogliente; la camera ha tutto il necessario e il letto è molto comodo. Colazione buonissima e possibilità di usufruire di thè, caffè ecc nella graziosa sala comune per riposare dopo una lunga giornata di esplorazione della città.

Pros:

L'arredamento in stile e la gentilezza del personale.

Cons:

La stanza queen superior rossa è molto piccola. Non ha nemmeno un armadio ma solo uno sportello con 3 grucce. In camera non c'è nessun servizio ( bollitore, ferro da stiro ecc, piccolo frigo ecc). La pulizia non è eccezionale. Camminando a piedi nudi sentivo la polvere e mi si sporcavano i piedi.
A mio avviso non vale i soldi spesi.

Well situated hotel with friendly staff and traditional decoration.
Pros:

Lovely traditional Montreal qubecois style hotel with great staff.

Cons:

Limited comfortable lounge/bar area for sitting and relaxing, but not an issue for us as we were out exploring and enjoying the area.

Pros:

Nossa experiência foi péssima. Tivemos que deixar o hotel e nos hospedar em outro local porque o quarto disponibilizado tinha uma janela que não travava e ficava no nível da rua, comprometendo totalmente a segurança. Qualquer pessoa poderia acessar o quarto, inclusive havia usuários de drogas nas imediações do hotel.

Solicitamos a troca de quarto e nos dispusemos a pagar a diferença por uma categoria superior, mas fomos informados de que todos os demais quartos já estavam reservados para hóspedes que chegariam posteriormente.

Diante dessa situação, solicitamos o reembolso da hospedagem, porém nenhuma solução foi apresentada pelo hotel. Acabamos arcando com o prejuízo financeiro, além de todo o transtorno causado, e agora aguardamos uma providência do Booking para minimizar os danos.

Infelizmente, foi uma experiência extremamente decepcionante.

Lovely spot to explore Montreal
Pros:

Lovely spot and very clean. Good breakfast with fresh baked goods. The beds were comfortable and the room well appointed. A short ride to the old port and restaurants.

Cons:

No AC. If it was hot it might have been uncomfortable but a good fan in room

Not worth the Price
Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The property is quite old and the bed is very uncomfortable. It squeaks when you turn over and it’s very hard.
