Lovely staff and a great value stay. Very nice breakfast and tea and coffee available at all times.
The room was quite worn. I stayed in the room with a seperate bathroom - it would be good to have signs on the door of the separate bathroom to ensure other people did not use it.
Friendly , helpful staff, especially recipients very nice and helpful
I make a mistake, I want book twins room with 2 twins bed , end up I book a studio with kitchen, and it’s down basement by themselves, not happy about that,
The old world charm
Preserved Victorian atmosphere.
Staff were very friendly. Excellent breakfast!
Nothing.
Location, cleanliness, room size, view, staff
The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was good. The rooms were nice. The location was excellent.
The cooling and heating were challenging because there are not individual heating and cooling for each room. It was adjusted outside the room. It would be nice to have cream or half and half with the coffee.
