Hotel lleno sucio y lleno de chinches

Nada es un hotel sucio la alberca esta sucia, instalaciones viejas

Cons:

Me tuve que salir el mismo dia a las 12 de la noche y buscar otro hotel ya que estaban las camas infestadas de chinches era imposible dormir ahi, solicite el reembolso y me lo negaron ya que argumentación que solo tenia que ser por BOOKING

La atencion del personal atentos al servicio, en el caso del estacionamiento estan al pendiente para ver donde se puede acomodar el auto, esta vez traia una camioneta y me apoyo con estacionarla

La atención de los chicos es lo único que vale la pena son amables al menos los del turno de la noche.

Camas duras e incomodado, aire acondicionado no funciona correctamente, no sale agua de la regadera y al.momento de hacer la reservación decía desayuno incluido y al llegar al restaurante no aplicaba
