Everything about the hotel. The service was exceptional. Concierge staff were always helpful as were all the other staff .
First time in Vietnam for a weekend during a business trip to Singapore. I booked an expensive room so had access to the lounge for breakfast and all, very nice. The rooftop bar is the highlight I'd say and the location. Also, the staff were all super nice and helpful.
The water in the shower took a bit to get warm. The hotel in general is really nice but it's kind of old nice if you know what I mean.

la salle du petit dejeuner qui fait un peu hall de gare et la piscine sur le rooftop qui pourrait etre un peu mieux entrenue pour etre plus agréable
We really enjoyed staying here. Well located, short walk to Notre Dame, central Post office, independence Palace, Tanh Dinh, Book St and plenty of other places.All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a Club Deluxe corner room, very large, extremely comfortable bed, great views. The breakfast in Saigon Restaurant was up there with the best breakfasts we’ve ever had, great Vietnamese coffee, well prepared food, heaps of options. We used the pool, a great view from there and respite from the heat. Rooftop bar with DJ had a great vibe.
Duy Van was lovely and welcoming during my entire stay. Excellent service from all staff throughout the whole stay :)
Our stay was fantastic! A huge shoutout to the bellman, Mr. Nhut, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. On top of the great hospitality, the hotel food was delicious with a lot of great flavors. Would definitely come back!

This Hotel is extremely a high level hospitality, from check-in,, staffs in 22 floor was amazing, bell boy until check out even the rooftop bar staffs all is extremely helpful and warm, I will definitely go back again for sure

Le Mac Gallery est un grand hôtel et de ce fait manque de charme à mon sens. Il est parfait pour loger sur une courte période et surtout si c’est un voyage professionnel.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times, returning because of the great service and lovely rooms.
We stayed in an Executive Studio Suite. This is a lovely suite. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very well laid out with a huge walk in shower. There is also a little office area. My only complaint, and this is with most hotels, there really isn't a great deal of space to put your suitcases.
Breakfast at Saigon Kitchen is fabulous. There is so much to choose from and hot dishes and local delights can change daily. The restaurant itself has lovely decor.
We had lunch at Cafe Des Beaux Arts a couple of times. This area is a nice, tranquil L-shaped room. We had a window seat with a view of a pond - very serene. The food choice was very extensive - portion and presention was on point.
The Executive Lounge was nice for evening canapes and cocktails. There isn't a huge range of food on offer but the food was very good. The drink list was sufficient also. This time was made even more special by the wonderful staff. I do not know the names of them all but Thai Thinh and Minh Ngoc were standouts.
The hotel is walking distance to Book Street, which links up with the PO, Notre Dame and a short walk to Dong Khoi street.
