A great place to stay, especially if you have access to the executive lounge.
Pros:

Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance from main landmarks of historical Saigon. There is a construction site next to the hotel, however it does not spoil the experience of staying in the hotel (except perhaps a view from some rooms). The interior design and ambiance are very stylish, the service is attentive and professional, meals are great. A great place to stay.

I really have no negative points to make.

We celebrated a party at Saigon Kitchen, 2nd floor, and everything was perfect! Special thanks to Mr. Thinh Dang, Ms. Cat Tuong, Bình, Nghĩa, Minh Thư, Thạnh, Hiệp Nguyên, Gia Huy, Lan Thy, and the music band. All of you made the night truly meaningful!

Great hotel in a prime location for tourists.
Pros:

Lovely staff and a high spec property. Would definitely stay here again. Will try and stay in M gallery hotels everywhere after this experience.

Cons:

For this property, i didn't like that the pool was right near the bar so there was no privacy screening. i also didn't like the very loud DJ at the evening which meant relaxing at the pool was impossible.

Great location and exceptional staff. Breakfast good.
Pros:

The staff were fabulous, the public rooms were lovely and breakfast was really good. Location was excellent.

Cons:

Swimming pool was noisy, dirty, not a relaxing area to spend time post visits. Food and drink debris around pool. No shade. Beds were dirty and there were not enough of them.
All together it was a disappointment.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel des Arts Saigon and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining elegant French colonial style with modern comfort, creating a truly unique and relaxing atmosphere.

One of the highlights of my experience was the exceptional service at Saigon Kitchen restaurant. I would especially like to thank the staff members Ngan, Huy, Nam and Binh for their outstanding hospitality. They were professional, attentive, and always made sure that every detail was taken care of. What impressed me the most was their genuine friendliness — they constantly checked on guests and always greeted us with warm, welcoming smiles.

Their dedication and positive attitude truly enhanced my dining experience and made me feel valued as a guest. Thanks to such a wonderful team, my stay became even more memorable. I will definitely come back in the future!

Super luxury stay

With lots of facilities
Gym sauna spa treatments , rooftop pool and bar ( Social Club) with views of Ho Chi Minh
There are also some restaurants.
The breakfast is amazing

Memorable experience in HCMC
Pros:

Duy Van made our stay a very memorable one. On arrival, he asked for our names when he brought our luggage up. And everytime we saw us in the lobby, he will greet us with a big smile and mention our names. 10 points for that!!

We will definitely come back when we visit Ho Chi Minh City. Everyone is so nice and friendly here.
