Excelentes instalaciones, pero pésima atención y cobertura de servicio, sin embargo, entiendo que para la poca ocupación que tenía, el personal debía ser limitado, no obstante, la actitud de los que estaban en turno deja mucho que esperar.

Cons:

Mala actitud de cierto personal de servicio, pedí una botella de agua mineral y por no traerla de la recepción (donde claramente había muchas en la nevera) me informaron que estaba agotada; otro día pedimos un servicio a la piscina y nos llevaron un plato incomible y muy mal presentado.

Los detalles son los que enamoran a las personas de un lugar.

Cons:

En la cena de cumpleaños. Las truchas estaba con espinas(mal deshuesada), los patacones tiesos, duros, nada palatables. El postre de cumpleaños de cortesía duro, congelado.
Estamos en la tierra del café y cobrar los cafés a los huéspedes es de mal gusto.

La comid en general muy buena, platos variados, bien preparados y bien presentados.
El buffet del desayuno con múltiples opciones

Cons:

Faltan toallas para la cara en la habitación.
Hay que pedirlas, prácticamente todos los días porque las camareras las retiran.
Les hace falta mirar que se está acabando para reponerlo, jabón, crema, etc

Excelente estancia.
Pros:

Una experiencia excepcional en todos los aspectos. La atención del personal fue impecable, siempre amable, profesional y dispuesta a brindar el mejor servicio. Las instalaciones se encontraban en perfecto estado y la calidad de la comida fue sobresaliente. Cada detalle reflejó un verdadero compromiso con la excelencia. Me encanta el hotel, vuelvo 100 veces.
Pros:

Me gusta la piscina, el bar de la piscina lo maximo, el menú de picar en la piscina.
También me gusta el gimnasio, tiene lo necesario, muy bueno.

Cons:

Se puede mejorar el servicio de vino en mesa, de pronto mas capacitación al mesero.
