Pros:

I really enjoyed the front desk lady. She was super nice and willing to check us in early. Even the cleaning guy was super welcoming. The room was cleanly made and the bathroom was shiny. We liked getting breakfast in the morning and were thoroughly entertained by the automatic pancake maker conveyor belt :)

Cons:

We were looking forwards to taking the hot tub all evening. To our dismay it was filthy. A line of grey waxy dead skin had formed a line along the wall you lean against. The water looked green and the hot ton was filled with thick froth— an indicator of biofilm buildup. My eyes started burning and we felt so disgusted that after five minutes of sitting with crinkled faces we decided a warm shower would be better.

Better than our 30-45 minutes we spent at the Raddison Hotel. Would come back for sure!!
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good - im not a big breakfast eater so it was nice to have the options. No milk thiugh - unless i missed it? The culligan water refill station was the best thing ever, so clean tasting and cold! Staff were so nice and helpful! The pool and whirlpool were super nice after walking around all day in town. The Texas Roadhouse coupon at the desk was such a nice touch because my partner has never been and we had so much fun!

Cons:

The room was very clean but Im nitpicky and look around a lot at my surroundings, but only little spots were dirty like the caulk in the shower and the door to the bathroom had some scuffs/dirt, otherwise our room was spotless! The whirlpool water was noticeably dirty when the jets stopped.

Cons:

Refrigerator shelves weren't good for storing bottles of water etc.
Another light by refrigerator end of counter would be nice as area seemed dar

It was fine but the last we were there in March it was nicer.
Pros:

I liked the location

Cons:

I didn't like that our room was right next to one where 3 large dogs were staying.
Went down for breakfast and there were a few angry guests because no one was working the front desk to get receipts for stays.
Coffee ended up in the freezer so was out for awhile.
Just seemed chaotic
