Amazing hotel, clean, bright hallways, comfortable room and beds, awesome shower and great breakfast!

It was fine but the last we were there in March it was nicer.
Pros:

I liked the location

Cons:

I didn't like that our room was right next to one where 3 large dogs were staying.
Went down for breakfast and there were a few angry guests because no one was working the front desk to get receipts for stays.
Coffee ended up in the freezer so was out for awhile.
Just seemed chaotic

Nice hotel in a convenient location. We would stay here again.
Pros:

Dog friendly, convenient location, friendly staff, pancake making machine (that was really cool).

Cons:

There were floss picks on the floor around d the garbage can and hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived in our room. Not a huge issue but not stuff you like to see as you arrive for a stay. We cleaned them up.

Cons:

We requested clean towel after the second night and never received til we went back to the desk and asked again. The filter on the air conditioner were filthy and so we cleaned it so the unit worked better.

Air Show
Pros:

Came here for the Duluth Air Show. Hotel was great. Friendly, clean and delicious breakfast.
I would not recommend the Air Show. They need to advertise that parking is extra and to bring chairs and umbrellas for heat. Of course they try to sell all that there. Could see just as good from parking lot. Our highlight was Bridgeman’s!
