Leider ist dies das schlechteste Hotel, das ich jemals über Booking.com gebucht habe.

Es gibt kein funktionierendes Internet. Als wir die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption darauf angesprochen haben, teilte sie uns mit, dass das WLAN bereits seit vorgestern nicht funktioniert. Trotzdem konnten wir das Hotel noch heute Morgen über die Plattform buchen, ohne dass auf dieses Problem hingewiesen wurde.

Die veröffentlichten Fotos haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Darüber hinaus waren die Bettlaken verschmutzt, was für ein Hotel absolut inakzeptabel ist.

Nach mehr als fünf Stunden Reise waren wir erschöpft und hatten keine realistische Möglichkeit, kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel zu finden. Da die Unterkunft bereits bezahlt war, mussten wir leider bleiben.

Zusätzlich schließt die Toilettentür nicht. Die Telefone in den Zimmern funktionieren nicht. Außerdem existiert kein Parkplatz, obwohl dies in der Anzeige angegeben wird. Der nächstgelegene Parkplatz ist etwa 1,5 Kilometer mit dem Auto entfernt bzw. rund 600 Meter zu Fuß.

Ich kann dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Die Zustände waren enttäuschend und ekelerregend, insbesondere für meine Kinder, die diese Erfahrung ebenfalls ertragen mussten.

Ich fordere daher die vollständige Rückerstattung des gezahlten Betrags sowie eine angemessene Entschädigung für die unzumutbaren Zustände und die erhebliche Beeinträchtigung unseres Aufenthalts.

Ich werde mich außerdem mit dem PayPal-Käuferschutz in Verbindung setzen, um meine Rechte geltend zu machen und eine Rückerstattung zu veranlassen.
