El personal fue muy amable y atento durante nuestra estancia. Nos apoyaron cuando lo necesitamos y mantuvieron buena comunicación con nosotros. Además, el hotel está muy cerca de la terminal de autobuses, así que llegar fue bastante fácil y práctico.
La recamara que está al lado de recepción no es la mejor opción para alguien que quiere descansar. Tuve que pagar un poco más por un cuarto más tranquilo. Las fotos no reflejan ese detalle.

La ubicación es excelente a tan solo 4 minutos caminando de la terminal de autobuses, está cerca del centro. Las instalaciones son buenas, la limpieza excelente. Pero lo que más me gustó es el trato que te da su personal. Son muy amables y te ayudan en lo que necesites.
En lo particular no me gustó el desayuno continental (días domingo) es muy malo y muy pobre en alimentos, consistió en una café negro pan tostado con mermelada y un poco de fruta.
La cercanía a la terminal ADO caminando a 5 minutos. La atención del personal muy buena.
Es pequeño pero cumple con todo, es silencioso.

El ruido no permite descansar correctamente. Se escucha absolutamente todo lo que pasa en el pasillo o la recepción. Además hay ruido constante e intenso de coches y autobuses. Cabe decir, también, que entra demasiada luz a la habitación.

En una habitación la cama estaba muy dura
Het personeel was buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt vlakbij het ADO busstation en vlakbij alle leuke wijken.
We hadden een kamer zonder raam naar buiten dus geen frisse lucht. Heel benauwd en ongezellig. Wij vonden het geen sfeervol hotel.
