1. Que la habitación que reservé (habitación Delfín) tenía vista al mar y un jacuzzi. El jacuzzi ni servía, ni tenía agua caliente ni funcionaban las burbujas, entonces pague más precio por nada. Yo lo rente porque tengo una bebé de 5 meses y quería meterla en ese jacuzzi qué era privado y no en las piscinas públicas pero no se pudo y eso arruinó muchísimo la estadía. La vista al mar era subjetiva porque si estaba el mar de frente pero también todas las instalaciones. Las fotos de las habitaciones son mentira, es pura IA. La habitación no es tan bonita y lo MÁS importante NO RESERVEN COM booking, a mi me cobraron más de $200 por esa habitación y en el sitio web del hotel es as fácil y directo.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly. It is close to La Libertad, which is a veri interesting place. There is also a shopping center near by. The view from the cliff, atop of which the hotel is set, is great.

Cons:

The pictures in the website made you believe there was a beach by the hotel. But the beach is only accessible a few months of the year when the tide is very low and we had to conform with the pools. It is a good hotel, but I doubt the 5 stars rating. Booking.com should assess better when they give top ratings.

Overall our stay was pleasant.
Pros:

The servers were excellent. Eric, Herson, Alexandra, Will and Pacheco, the maintenance guy. The staff made our stay very comfortable. The view was spectacular, and the pools were cooling. The whole place is neatly maintained, and our room was always cleaned very neatly. The staff was very accommodating. The spa had a lady who is physical therapist and gives great massages.

Cons:

Online it said that there was a small gym, however, there was none. We stayed at the room, Caracol for 10 days. Our room apparently was the smallest room, and our shower had no enclosed door. The shower had a small glass covering mostly just the shower area and the water leaked outside onto the floor if we turned the faucet strong.
