Las instalaciones son preciosas
El jacuzzi no era con agua caliente, se sentía muy fría y el espejo del baño estaba muy alto.
The servers were excellent. Eric, Herson, Alexandra, Will and Pacheco, the maintenance guy. The staff made our stay very comfortable. The view was spectacular, and the pools were cooling. The whole place is neatly maintained, and our room was always cleaned very neatly. The staff was very accommodating. The spa had a lady who is physical therapist and gives great massages.
Online it said that there was a small gym, however, there was none. We stayed at the room, Caracol for 10 days. Our room apparently was the smallest room, and our shower had no enclosed door. The shower had a small glass covering mostly just the shower area and the water leaked outside onto the floor if we turned the faucet strong.

El hotel esta bien renovado, estuvimos alli en 2013, con mi esposo y las mejoras son evidentes todo esta mucho mejor.
El lavamanos un poco pequeño y no hay mucho espacio para poner cosas personales, cepillo, maquillaje, pefumes.

Quiet property. Well kept and grounds were cleaned often. Staff attentive to our experience and very understanding of our language barrier.
Las instalaciones, habitaciones y piscina muy bonitas y limpias.
El servicio en restaurante muy demorado tanto en la cena como desayuno. Tienen fotos de acceso a la playa y por el incremento del nivel del mar no se podía acceder por lo que es importante que actualicen las fotografías.
La vista desde el hotel al océano es linda
La imposición de reglas , continuas , ni te hacen sentir bienvenida, no te permiten cargar a la habitación lo q consumas , todo es estricto
La piscina de abajo que la llena el mar estaba inhabilitada y fue por esa piscina que se reservo con ellos. Deberian de informar antes.
