Wir haben diese Unterkunft als luxuriöse Suite in Miami gebucht und dafür bewusst sehr viel Geld bezahlt. Ausschlaggebend waren laut Beschreibung der Meerblick, ein privater Pool, ein privater Whirlpool sowie kostenloses Parken bzw. Parkservice.

Leider entsprach die Unterkunft in mehreren wesentlichen Punkten nicht der Beschreibung.

Das kostenlose Parken war faktisch nicht nutzbar. Wir hatten bereits vorab angegeben, dass wir mit einem etwas höheren Van anreisen. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass dies kein Problem sei und der Parkservice sich darum kümmern würde. Vor Ort wurde uns dann gesagt, dass der Parkservice unser Fahrzeug nicht parken könne. Stattdessen mussten wir zu einem anderen Hotel gegenüber fahren und dort zusätzlich 100 USD für zwei Nächte bezahlen. Eine Erstattung oder Unterstützung durch das Hotel gab es nicht.

Auch der angeblich private Pool und der private Whirlpool waren nicht privat. Diese Bereiche waren allgemein zugänglich und nicht exklusiv für unsere Suite. Das ist aus unserer Sicht extrem irreführend, da genau diese Ausstattung ein Hauptgrund für unsere Buchung war.

Der Zustand der Suite entsprach ebenfalls nicht annähernd dem Eindruck der Fotos. Die Unterkunft war deutlich abgewohnt, teilweise schmutzig und schlecht gepflegt. In den Ecken befanden sich Haare und Dreck, im Gefrierfach fanden wir lange schwarze Haare, mehrere Dinge waren beschädigt, Türen ließen sich nicht richtig schließen, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht zuverlässig und die Toilette war während unseres Aufenthalts mehrfach verstopft, obwohl wir sie ganz normal benutzt haben.

Auch die Möbel wirkten billig, schlecht verarbeitet, klobig und teilweise gefährlich. Viele Kanten waren hart und scharf. Mein Mann hat sich beim Aufstehen am Tisch an einer scharfen Kante verletzt. So etwas darf in einer angeblich luxuriösen Suite in dieser Preisklasse aus unserer Sicht nicht passieren.

Der einzige Punkt, der tatsächlich gestimmt hat, war der Meerblick.

Don’t waste your money on this property

I am writing this to express my deep disappointment regarding a serious security incident during my recent four-night stay. On Saturday, while at the pool near the beach entrance, my iPhone was stolen.
We reported the theft to staff immediately, but the response was entirely inadequate:
• Technical Incompetence: Despite the property being equipped with numerous security cameras, the staff spent three hours reviewing footage only to admit they did not know how to operate the system or enlarge the images to identify the suspect.
• Lack of Follow-up: We provided our contact information for updates; however, we received zero communication from the security team or front desk.
• Avoidant Management: Upon checkout on Monday, I requested to speak with the manager. I was told he was not on-site and was directed to email a general concierge address instead.
• Zero Accountability: Despite emailing the manager as instructed, I have yet to receive a single response.
The lack of concern for guest safety and the total absence of professional communication is staggering. I had to replace my device entirely out of pocket because the hotel failed to provide even basic assistance in a criminal matter occurring on their premises.
Bottom line: This establishment does not value its guests or their security. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Perfect few days in Miami
Pros:

Hotel is extremely clean, what we appreciated as a partents of 2 year old. Apartaments are fully equipped in necessary kitchen tools. Bed is big and so comfy! The pool on the terrace and jaccuzi is a cherry on top! Hotel with direct access to the beach. There is great restaurant next to the hotel and big playground. Car parking within the price. Our stay was perfect - great price for value.
