The staff was great!

Cons:

There was no real breakfast. Lighting in the bathroom was horrible. The AC in the room did not work. There was no AC in the fitness room and the whole building was very warm.

The front desk staff was rude and not helpful. We arrived early and the room wasn’t yet ready so we asked to use the restroom. We were told there was only 1 lobby restroom and we would have to wait for the key so we did. After waiting over 10 minutes and asking again, we were still told that there was only one lobby bathroom and it was still occupied. The front desk person then proceeded to give the bathroom key to the next girl who asked for it after another 5 min of us waiting. The fact that there is only 1 restroom is diabolical but then giving the key to someone who clearly arrived after us while we were sitting right in front of the front desk waiting is wild. There is also no early check in and parking is $70. Why am I expected to pay to park my car after I’m already paying for a room and not even at the location 24 hours. I would not recommend this hotel. There are plenty others in Gaslamp that would have been much better.

Great for a baseball game trip.
Pros:

Location to Petco Park and the Sea Port.

Cons:

Breakfast grab and go was stated but then we were told later it is only for purchase besides coffee.

Cons:

Real shady about multiple phantom charges on my credit card that i’m still trying to workout. Tried speaking with someone at the front desk and they were no help. Messaged the property through booking.com. 5 days later and still no response.

Not worth the price I paid. I would’ve expected better service.

Cons:

The lady when we checked in was unable to help us in trivial matters. Also, they offered a free breakfast for my room but they never mentioned the hours so we didn’t even get to enjoy that. Also, we were locked out of rooms even though we extended the checkout time an hour later.
