Pros:

The location.

Cons:

There is no flexibility whit costumers needs and struggles, room really smalls, no air conditioning on the hallways, you need to put out the room the trash cans, and once are empty put them back, no water founts, just the first day they give you two water bottles.

Good value and a safe place to stay.
Pros:

Well situated in Shinjuku area in walking distance to the train station. The staff were competent and caring.

Cons:

The business model for this hotel is small rooms, suitable for comfortable sleeping and self care but not much else.

Convenient and comfortable (initial AC issue not withstanding)
Pros:

Location was excellent.

Cons:

-Elevators were frequently full.
-No in room safe
-TV said that the air conditioning was centrally controlled, so I understood that to mean we cannot control it in the room, AC panel also off. Very hot in Tokyo and my room got very hot, so on my second night I ended up going to the front desk at 1 am to see what they could do and the guy said oh it was set to 28, so he gave me a piece of paper on how to change the AC myself.
