Excellent start to our trip. Really enjoyed the onsen.
Pros:

Excellent location, facilities were great, Onsen and laundry.

Cons:

Size of room was compact (from North American standards). All properties I stayed at in Japan were similar, just not what we’re used to.
Step up into bathroom also odd but again, most properties I stayed in, in Japan were similar.

la stanza aveva odore di polvere e umido, aria chiusa e non si poteva aprire neanche uno spiraglio della finestra per cambaire l'aria.

I stayed for 9 nights, would chose them again but in another part of Tokyo
Pros:

location, close to transport, very clean, helpful staff, easy check in, check out and luggage hold.

Cons:

The pillows, very hard. They need to have variety.

Cons:

Odalar cok kucuk, bir buyuk boy valiz acacak yer yok. Yuksek katli bir binada ve asansor sayisi yeterli degil, check out saatinde veya aksam otele giris saatinde cok sira olabiliyor.
