asking for my australian address when I already provided an indian one
the staff also said i couldn't have a friend stay in my room for 1 hour even though there were no policies disclosed around that

Staff nature was excellent.

Cons:

Food was so expensive. Quantity and quality wasn't good. You can order from Zomato and swiggy, but hotel staff will not provide you any plates or glass.

Pros:

I can't commend the staff enough. From the men on the door, reception, the restaurant staff and housekeeping; all were friendly, efficient and attentive. The room was well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. A good quality breakfast was included in the price. We spent 3 wonderful nights in the hotel which made out visit to Jaipur all the more memorable. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay at Le Confort Inn.

Pros:

Trotz Bestätigung der Buchung und zusätzliche telefonische Bestätigung durch meine Tochter, die schon früher vor Ort war, wusste der Herr an der Rezeption nichts von unserer Buchung. Morgens um 4 nach anstrengender Anreise nicht unbedingt das, worauf man Lust hat. Es gab dann auch nur ein Zimmer statt der gewünschte zwei, aber immerhin gab es dies eine. Am nächsten Tag dann hatten wir die bestellten zwei Zimmer, die auch in Ordnung waren.
