Sehr schönes Hotel. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.
Pros:

Super Essen und Trinken.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Very nice but not 5*
Pros:

Our room was lovely, spacious and well designed. We used our spa tub every day. We found the facilities such as the spa area and pools really nice and super clean. We had massages which were very nice. The evening meals were creative and tasty, and the service in the evening was excellent. The wine/alcohol selection was great- it didn’t feel like they tried to cheapen it which can happen with all inclusive. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We found the breakfast service slow and disorganised. We didn’t try the lunch because it was served too late (2-3pm not an appropriate timing for lunch as we eat breakfast at 7.30am) - we did take a look and it didn’t look great with some very smelly (off) fish as the hot dish.

We came after our wedding for a mini moon and honestly were disappointed that the hotel didn’t try to make it a little more special - some flowers or champagne in the room for example. When we asked about getting some bubbles in the room they asked for 60€ extra for prosecco which was a bit much after paying for all inclusive. We were also not very happy with check out time of 10am - everywhere does 11 or 12 now. We asked for an hour extra and were informed we’d need to pay 160€ to have the room until 6pm which we clearly didn’t need. Fortunately we went back later and spoke to someone else on reception who offered the hour extra at no cost but the earlier conversation wasn’t appreciated.

Struttura fantastica e personale impeccabile.
Tutti molto disponibili,sorridenti e cordiali.
Cibo eccellente,cocktail favolosi.
Un posto dove lasci il cuore e difficilmente non torni. E’ nata una dipendenza dal Solea,infatti prima di andare via abbiamo già prenotato per il prossimo anno. Si stacca veramente la spina e il silenzio è veramente rigenerante. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff,siete fantastici.

Atmosfera magica 🤩 e calda accoglienza di tutto il personale e in tutto l’hotel, non solo nella camera dotata di ogni confort e al ristorante gourmand, ma anche nella suggestiva terrazza panoramica dove abbiamo gustato all’arrivo e durante tutto il soggiorno cocktail deliziosi curati dal barman pronto a soddisfare sorridente le richieste più esigenti, profusione di vini eccellenti disponibili gratuitamente, light lunch il sabato con grigliata e suadente musica lounge sempre di sottofondo per sottolineare i momenti indimenticabili. Vere oasi di benessere le piscine e le jacuzzi oltre alla varietà notevole di saune inserite in un ambiente pensato per offrire in ogni dettaglio il lusso in tutto ciò che si desidera.
Consigliatissimo, il Solea è stato per noi un sogno che diventa realtà😍

Lo staff competente e super disponibile.
Per quanto riguarda i pasti è stato molto interessante assaggiare piatti nuovi ogni giorno.
È un ottimo posto dove perdersi nella tranquillità e rilassarsi per qualche giorno.

Das SOLEA Dolomiti Boutique Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und erhielten ein Upgrade, da wir bereits im vergangenen Jahr Gäste im Solea in Schenna waren. Diese persönliche Wertschätzung hat unseren Aufenthalt von Beginn an besonders gemacht.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnliche Personal. Selten haben wir einen derart aufmerksamen, herzlichen und professionellen Service erlebt. Jeder einzelne Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt, oft sogar noch bevor wir ihn überhaupt aussprechen konnten. Das Team merkt sich persönliche Vorlieben, denkt mit und setzt Anliegen selbstverständlich und mit großer Freundlichkeit um. Man fühlt sich vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag rundum umsorgt.

Ein weiteres Highlight ist das vielfältige tägliche Programmangebot. Ob geführte Wanderungen, Biketouren, Yoga, Weinverkostungen, Livemusik oder viele weitere Aktivitäten – es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Angebote sind hervorragend organisiert und tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, dass der Aufenthalt abwechslungsreich und besonders wird.

Auch die Ausstattung des Hotels lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig eingerichtet, die gesamte Anlage ist äußerst gepflegt und makellos sauber. Der Komfort, die entspannte Atmosphäre und die Liebe zum Detail sorgen dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt.

Das All-Inclusive-Konzept ist hervorragend umgesetzt und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut gerechtfertigt. Die wunderschöne Lage inmitten der beeindruckenden Dolomiten rundet das Gesamtpaket perfekt ab.

Für uns war es ein außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt mit einer glatten 10 von 10. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das SOLEA Dolomiti Boutique Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The Best Experience Ever!
Pros:

Ho frequentato tanti hotel ma il Solea rappresenta l'eccellenza in termini di servizi, eleganza, location, ristorazione ma ancora prima di PROFESSIONALITA' e CORTESIA di tutto lo staff.
Una vacanza al Solea è una coccola irrinunciabile.
Unico inconveniente: causa dipendenza.
