Quarto reformado, muito bonito, confortável, enxoval de qualidade, hotel com boa infraestrutura, tem tudo nele, room service 24h, estacionamento na minha categoria foi cortesia. As piscinas agradaram bastante meus filhos. Localização mto boa tbm.

Minha queixa é em relação ao serviço do restaurante que atende à piscina, no primeiro dia pedi uma caipiroska de limão (algo simples e rápido de fazer) que levou mais de meia pra ficar pronta e no dia seguinte o mesmo problema se repetiu por duas vezes, nao entendi pq a refeição chegava rapido mas uma simples bebida demorou mto todas as vezes que pedi. No primeiro dia q ocorreu a demora, me ofereceram cortesias como compensação
No dia seguinte como se repetiu o mesmo problema e por duas vezes, não aceitei a compensação pois não tratava-se de ter o drink sem pagar, mas poder desfrutar da area de lazer como eu gostaria, poder tomar o drink que pedi enquanto meus filhos estavan na piscina, o q era p ser agradável se tornou aborrecimento. Um despreparo que precisa ser revisto, corrigido. Outro ponto negativo foi o café da manhã que achei muito simples, sem variedade, confesso que me decepcionei pois frustrou minhas expectativas (que foram altas a julgar pelo padrão do hotel). Contudo, voltarei a me hospedar pois os pontos positivos superam os negativos e são coisas que podem e devem ser melhoradas.

Refurbishment highly needed. It’s back to the 00’s

Needs to be refurbished.

Key-pass system is the first thing that has to go, you keep on swiping for access.
