Lugar maravilloso pero habitaciones con falta de mantenimiento
Pros:

El alojamiento se encuentra en una ubicación increíble, playa privada, con muchas mesas, sillas y tumbonas para poder descansar en un sitio paradisiaco. El ambiente es genial, todo muy cuidado, con un jardín muy bonito y un personal sensacional. Todos y cada uno de los trabajadores del hotel, son excepcionales, en concreto los camareros de la barra y los que te atendían en las cenas son muy agradables. La comida tanto en el desayuno como en la cena estaba muy buena, presentaban mucha variedad y por las noches ofrecían un menú muy completo y variado. Si no te convencía podías pedir platos de la carta también. La habitación estaba limpia, la cama era muy cómoda y amplia. Pasaban todas las mañanas a limpiar, cambiar las toallas y hacer la cama.

Cons:

Sinceramente, creo que tienen que dar un buen lavado de cara a las habitaciones. Presentan un mobiliario algo anticuado que lo hacen poco acogedor. Hay algunas grietas en las habitaciones y agujeros al lado de los enchufes que presenta un mal estado de mantenimiento en las habitaciones. La parte de la cocina le falta más utensilios para poder cocinar, te ponen los cubiertos y vasos justos y no hay prácticamente equipos para poder elaborar las comidas. Por último, algo que deberían controlar seria las hormigas, entran por algún sitio de la habitación, debido a las imperfecciones en la fachada y eso hace que lleguen a la cocina y estén por todas partes. No podéis dejar ningún plato de comida ya que se llena enseguida de hormigas. Una lástima que no controlen esas cosas porque se paga bastante por un alojamiento de estas características y esa ubicación maravillosa junto al mar debería de estar acompañado de un buen mantenimiento en las habitaciones.

محدودية الاصناف بالمطعم خيارين للعشاء ! والافطار محدود جداً
حجزي اخترت وجبة الافطار والعشاء الا انهم طلبوا سداده لاحقاً عند المغادرة !

Pros:

La ubicación era ideal para hacer todo tipo de actividades, recorrimos toda la isla, cogimos media pensión y fue lo mejor que pudimos hacer, tanto el desayuno buffet como la cena (cada dia diferente y con opciones a escoger) estaban increíbles con un sabor impresionante, las habitaciones lo justo y lo necesario para dormir y descansar, muy cómodas. El personal muy atento y servicial, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte en lo que fuera. Y los maravillosos atardeceres todos los dias enfrente del mar, tener una playa en tu hotel y cenar ahi todos los dias es un privilegio.

Buena ubicación, pero mal servicio.
Pros:

El hotel esta situado en una zona tranquila y la playa privada es muy bonita. El exterior del hotel tiene mucho encanto.

Cons:

Las instalaciones en si están bastante dejadas, hay humedades, paredes descorchadas, cristales sucios.. En nuestra habitación aparecieron hormigas y el rociador de la ducha estaba roto.
En cuanto a la comida, teníamos media pensión incluida, el desayuno muuuy justo y muy poca variedad. Las cenas bastante económicas, siempre era arroz con algún tipo de sopa y un trozo de carne o pescado. Nada que ver con la comida de carta que estaba buenísima. Por lo que te cobran de mas por la media pensión, no vale la pena cogerla. Es mejor pedir a la carta.
En cuanto a los empleados había dos o tres que estaban atentos, el resto todos juntos hablando en la barra del minibar.

Pros:

Les chambres vue mer et donnant directement sur la plage (enfants surclassés). vue sur le lagon et le morne
Le repas demi pension varié et bien préparé (si vous aimez les buffets à volonté stéréotypés des grands hotels à touristes c'est sûr que vous serez déçus). plat local.
Le personnel vraiment adorable et disponible
Le cadre, le jardin avec cet arbre magistral autour duquel est installée la terrasse, et plein de plantes colorées.
