Super ,la piscine est top l’équipement ainsi que la vu.

L’accueil du personnel de réception ainsi l’ensemble du personnel nettoyage était super.

Wonderful and unforgettable
Pros:

The property was clean and well maintained and special thanks to the staff for decorating the room, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the only downside is the limited food menu but not a big deal.

Un tres bon accueil du personnel et surtout Leila.
Belle chambre propre et confortable, un joli jardin, un emplacement ideal proche de la plage, de la medina et des restaurants.
La piscine sur la terrasse est top.

Le personnel pour les chambres , on leurs demandait un service et c'était assez rapide. Le personnel de restauration dans l'ensemble pas trop mal. On a apprécié l'ambiance et animation. ,mais trouve qu'il faut un peu plus

Le plafond à l'entrée des chambres à revoir,ainsi que la petite cuisine. Un peux vétuste. La salle de bain manque de sèche cheveux et baignoire et robinetterie à revoir. Tout écaillé.

Wir waren rundum begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel La Residence Hammamet. Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen. Obwohl wir erst gegen 23 Uhr – also deutlich nach der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit – angekommen sind, wartete sogar noch ein kleiner Aperitif auf uns.

Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Security-Mitarbeiter, der spontan unsere Tasche bewacht hat, nachdem wir sie versehentlich am Auto stehen gelassen hatten. Auch unsere Zimmerfrau Kadija war ausgesprochen herzlich und hat sich hervorragend um unsere Zimmer gekümmert.

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und wird aktuell offensichtlich Schritt für Schritt modernisiert. Die Zimmer waren sauber und großzügig. Besonders praktisch war für uns als Familie mit fünf Kindern, dass unsere beiden Zimmer direkt nebeneinander lagen und durch eine Zwischentür zu einem großen Familienzimmer verbunden werden konnten – einfach perfekt!

Die Mitarbeiter sprechen mehrere Sprachen und sorgen mit viel Herzlichkeit dafür, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Überall merkt man, dass Gastfreundschaft hier wirklich gelebt wird.

Unsere Kinder wurden ebenfalls sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen kinderfreundlich.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Das Einzige, was unsere Kinder vermisst haben, war Nutella zum Frühstück. 😉
