Belle emplacement dans le vieux Hammamet

L' emplacement proche du fort d Hammamet,de la plage et des commerces
Le personnel très gentil souriant accueillant
Coin piscine sur le toit avec vue sympa

A lovely stay with a great location, friendly staff, and good value for money.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the hotel’s proximity to the beach, especially having a private beach area reserved for hotel guests. The pool was clean, and the hotel also had activities in the evenings, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was great, with local markets and shops nearby, and the Kasbah was also close enough for lovely evening walks.

Cons:

The hotel is a little old and could use some renovation and updates. However, considering the price, I think it offers good value for money overall.

Cons:

Voglio fare un reclamo ufficiale e chiedere un rimborso per l'hotel la residence Hammamet. Ci hanno fatto perdere un giorno e mezzo di vacanza, inizialmente ci è stata assegnata una stanza indecente con letto rotto e aria condizionata mal funzionante, dopo un'ora e mezza di discussione ci hanno assegnato un'altra stanza senza balcone (avendo pagato di più per avere il balcone) e con il lavandino del bagno rotto. Alle h.15 del secondo giorno ci è stata assegnata la terza stanza

1^ con quale criterio ci si aspetta che un cliente che ha appena pagato €210 per tre notti dorma su un materasso rotto e senza aria condizionata

2^ dalla doccia della seconda stanza usciva acqua gialla e tiepida (no calda)... Il lavandino del bagno rotto

3^ nella terza stanza pioveva nel corridoio per il trasudo dell'aria condizionata. Allego foto, mi dispiace solo che nelle prime due stanze non ho fatto foto perché ero troppo infuriata

4^ il portiere dell'hotel anziché risolvere il nostro problema si preoccupava solo di vendere le stanze a clienti di passaggio (aspettando la mancia)...senza considerare che noi stavamo aspettando una soluzione al nostro problema

5^ non si può trattare con sufficienza un cliente

6^ mi aspettavo più tutela da parte di booking, ho fatto un reclamo formale e sto aspettando ancora la risposta

Res, un lloc per oblidar.

Cons:

Un lloc brut. Amb l'ascensor espatllat. Exigint-te propines per tot. Vam pagar mitja pensió i no ens van donar ni esmorzar ni sopar, el vam haver de pagar a part, 2 vegades. Molt sorollos.
