The hotel is on the outskirts of downtown so no place to walk around. The fan in the room is loud and when the fan is on you can’t hear the tv.

There was a charge for parking . Finding the parking was a nightmare.

The staff were very helpful and considerate! I had many questions and asked for a unique item and they delivered each time! The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable and the rooms were clean and comfy.
One of my rooms was wrong, but we made due cause we needed the two rooms close together.

Kudos to the front desk guy for getting us an ice bucket on Thursday night, all while having a call on hold. Excellent staff on every interaction, breakfast was great, a very nice experience overall. Construction outside my window at 7am kinda sucked, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Will stay here again next time we’re in Tulsa.
The afternoon staff member was amazing, and the breakfast staff member was just as wonderful. The evening staff member, however, wasn't as welcoming or attentive. The room was clean, which I appreciated, but the beds were quite hard. The food was just okay—nothing special, but not bad either. Overall, it was a decent stay with excellent service from most of the staff.

It met my expectation.....
Breakfast was à little downer. Being from Texas ( no offense) bacon , grits eggs cooked a little longer other than that you get a 10 in all areas ....no pool (lol) grandkids like to swim
