Terrible customer service with no response by manager to emails or phone calls calls

Cons:

Staff rude when trying to resolve a booking issue that was cancelled free of charge the day of my stay and manager will not respond to my phone calls or booking.com to be able to get my refund.

The area was clean and felt safe

Cons:

The mattresses not comfortable at all. The parking lot was really small and didn’t remember seeing anything that shows a fee to park and didn’t care for the meat on the breakfast buffet

Overall the hotel was great but I think they should have addressed my concern better
Pros:

The facility was very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The way the staff handled a situation. I was locked out of the garage entrance and my room. After that was settled, someone opened my door 2 times without knocking or announcing themselves. The staff didn’t really handle that as I would have expected. I wanted a different room. I felt someone else had access to my room

The hotel is on the outskirts of downtown so no place to walk around. The fan in the room is loud and when the fan is on you can’t hear the tv.
