The stay was not bad, beds were comfy and clean.

Showed up to the property- room was dirty and unmade, hair in the bed, pillows all over the room, floor was dirty, sink didn’t drain, and hot water in the shower didn’t work.

The rooms were gorgeous. Clean fresh spacious. Was very impressed when I walked in. The location could not be any better for the Arvent Center.

Cons:

Although there was some messaging that was unpleasant that had to come from the staff regarding check-in and capacity, it was not done in a way that made me feel valued or even important as a customer. I wish that hadn’t happened.
