Pros:

Piękny hotel, w pięknym miejscu, obsługa na bardzo wysokim poziomie, zarówno w recepcji, restauracji jak i w Instytucie Kosmetycznym. Bardzo polecam. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek.

Pros:

Jest to według mnie najlepszy hotel w jakim byłam w Polsce. Jestem pod wrażeniem wszystkiego, personel jest bardzo profesjonalny i wszyscy są bardzo mili. Najwyższą dbałość o szczegóły w każdym calu, najbardziej urzekła mnie kostkarka do lodów dostępna na każdym piętrze :). Nie spotkałam się z czymś takim. Strefa wellness jest wyjątkowa, pływając w basenie ma się wrażenie jakby był w lesie. Coś wspaniałego!

Rewelacyjny wypoczynek.
Pros:

Byłem gościem sieci Dr Irena Eris wielokrotnie, nigdy się nie zawiodłem. Tak było i tym razem. Uprzejmość personelu, czystość, komfort pokoi, room service, strefa spa, kuchnia - wszystkie elementy układanki przypominają o tym, że ten hotel naprawdę zasłużył na swoje pięć gwiazdek.

Cons:

W menu restauracji głównej (nie mówię o restauracji Décompresja, bo tym razem z niej nie korzystałem) troszkę brakowało mi choć jednego dania z owocami morza. Co nie zmienia faktu, że cała reszta karty jest świetna.
