Rewelacyjny pobyt!
Pros:

Rewelacyjny hotel i wyjątkowa obsługa. Troska o gościa stoi tu na najwyższym poziomie. Tydzień po zakończeniu pobytu zorientowałam się, że prawdopodobnie po masażu zostawiłam złoty łańcuszek z zawieszką w kieszeni szlafroka. Po kontakcie telefonicznym z hotelem już następnego dnia otrzymałam informację, że biżuteria została odnaleziona. Hotel niezwłocznie odesłał mi ją kurierem. To przykład profesjonalizmu, uczciwości i dbałości o gości. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Piękny hotel, w pięknym miejscu, obsługa na bardzo wysokim poziomie, zarówno w recepcji, restauracji jak i w Instytucie Kosmetycznym. Bardzo polecam. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek.

Jest to według mnie najlepszy hotel w jakim byłam w Polsce. Jestem pod wrażeniem wszystkiego, personel jest bardzo profesjonalny i wszyscy są bardzo mili. Najwyższą dbałość o szczegóły w każdym calu, najbardziej urzekła mnie kostkarka do lodów dostępna na każdym piętrze :). Nie spotkałam się z czymś takim. Strefa wellness jest wyjątkowa, pływając w basenie ma się wrażenie jakby był w lesie. Coś wspaniałego!
