Huge room!
Pros:

Our suite was HUGE! Very clean and comfortable. Fit our whole family perfectly. Breakfast was great as well!

Cons:

The front desk person was quite rude and snooty. The beds were slightly small.

Expensive but worth it.
Pros:

Good safe location right off the interstate on I80 on the west side of Reno. Nice high ceilings. Nice saltwater indoor pool. Breakfast was really nice. Good outdoor area.

Cons:

There was a used tissue under a piece of furniture when we arrived but I was able to throw it away myself. It was expensive..

Comfortable and Quiet Stay
Pros:

The location for me was perfect. It was clean and comfortable rooms with a nice breakfast in the morning. Coffee available all day which I appreciated.

Cons:

The shower. No amount of adjustment could get it comfortable. It would either get too hot or too cold. Once comfortable it would not last more than a minute or so before it either got too hot or too cold.

Clean, comfortable and updated but they need updated pictures of the pool without the hot tub.
Pros:

Clean and updated. Staff are generally kind and helpful.

Cons:

There was construction in progress in the hallways that I didn’t know about at the time of booking. The pictures showed a hot tub but they removed it. The pool was closed for maintenance. Front desk staff wasn’t friendly at time of check in.
