Sasha was great. She made sure we had a room that my sister could get too easily and my dog stayed and it was so quiet. The receptionists at front were always really helpful

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn many times and never had a disappointing stay . This time, they did not have a handicapped room available , that was solved quickly by installing a seat in the tub. I felt safe and cared for. The room was comfy as well as the beds. The pillows are so dreamy.
Breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the fresh cut fruit every morning. Great stay and I look forward to staying there again soon.

Cons:

I wish there were more handicapped friendly rooms.

Outstanding Guest Service and comfy hotel
Pros:

I want to give a special shout out to Sasha at this Hampton Reno West. While the hotel lived up to everything you expect from Hampton, Sasha, at the front desk was a star.

As we arrived at the end of a long road trip on Fri, July 31, we found that Hampton’s system was down making it impossible to check in and assign rooms to arriving guests.

Sasha kept her cool, was extremely professional, cheerful, and friendly as she tried to solve the issue while also welcoming a stream of arriving guests.

Her demeanor kept us all patient and relaxed in the lobby as she problem-solved. She figured out a way to get us into rooms by manually matching open rooms to the room types guests had in their email confirmations.

She handled the whole thing with grace and patience and perfectly exemplified what great guest service looks like.

Everything else from the comfy beds to the gorgeous fresh fruit at breakfast was just what we always expect from Hampton.

Clean and refreshing rooms and facilities
Pros:

It was clean, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze

Cons:

I could only watch basic tv like Tubi and free shows. I think for the price of $198 for one night they should at least provide one streaming channel like Netflix, Hulu or Disney. I shouldn’t have to log in on my personal account

Was our favorite hotel on our cross country trip.
Pros:

Room size was a pleasant surprise and the breakfast was great - lots of options and very tasty

Cons:

The beds were a little high for my 4 year old to get into on his own. But he turned it into a challenge.
