A nightmare: inaccessible hotel, disgraceful service, and an aggressive employee who challenged us to a physical fight.

Absolutely nothing. Unfortunately, there was not a single positive aspect of our experience worth mentioning.

Cons:

Absolutely terrible experience. Without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

The hotel was practically inaccessible because of ongoing construction and road closures surrounding the property. Getting to the hotel with luggage was a complete nightmare. We were traveling with two young children, two strollers, and eight suitcases, and we had to carry everything ourselves through the surrounding streets just to reach the property.

Not a single member of the hotel staff showed the slightest interest in helping us. No assistance, no concern, no empathy, and absolutely no effort to make an already difficult situation easier.

But what made this experience truly unacceptable was the behavior of the staff.

When we complained about the accessibility problems, instead of receiving an apology or any reasonable explanation, one of the hotel employees became aggressive, confrontational, and extremely disrespectful. Shockingly, he even challenged us to a physical fight to settle the disagreement.

Yes, an employee of this hotel actually invited a guest to fight simply because we complained about the conditions and the difficulties accessing the property.

This level of hostility and intimidation is absolutely outrageous, especially toward a family traveling with young children.

The communication was appalling, the customer service was disgraceful, and the lack of professionalism was beyond anything we could have imagined.

Construction work may be outside the hotel’s control, but the way guests are treated is entirely its responsibility.

I strongly regret choosing this property. The combination of terrible accessibility, complete indifference, and aggressive behavior from the staff made our stay an absolutely miserable experience.

Completely unacceptable. A hotel that treats its guests this way deserves the lowest possible rating.

Pros:

Stayed here a few times and the standard is always great. Clean and quite spacious room, comfortable bed, helpful staff, location is very close to the train station so easy to get there from the airport or by train and the center is close too.. nice little gym which I used daily.
I will definitelly stay here again.

Cons:

There is a huge construction right in front of the hotel so slightly makes it a bit more inconvenient to walk to the hotel from the station with a huge luggage - but this only adds a few extra steps/minutes to the station so it's no big deal and not the fault of the hotel by any means.

Road block was not expected and not informed !!

The hotel is clean and the staff overall are nice and helpful

Cons:

I was shocked to know that when we arrived to the hotel , the hotel entrance was not accessible from the roads works happening all over the hotel. We had to walk uphill with big bags. It was a hassle and stressful and was not ready to deal with especially with elderly people with you. The walk to the station is not straight 5 mins walk as the roads are blocked and you need to walk for 10-15 min around the road block. This had to be informed prior to booking with at least an email informing us with all this road works that would really be a deal breaker for me and i would’ve not booked in the beginning.
