Fitness room - not working the fitness cycling machine, and hotel is charging more for this type of rooms, they must compensate the cost of the room due to not working machine, veey bad
El hotel está muy bien localizado. Se encuentra en una avenida importante de la ciudad y alrededor hay muchos lugares para comer. Está a 5 minutos del Pepsi WTC y a 10 minutos del metro Chilpancingo. La habitación era muy espaciosa igual que el baño. Tiene todas las facilidades, toallas y sábanas limpias, el clóset es amplio. La cama es cómoda y amplia. No se escucha mucho ruido y se descansa muy bien. El personal siempre fue muy amable a cualquier hora. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Tiene restaurante, aunque no pude estar mucho, es seguro que volvería a hospedarme ahí. Para una localización como la del hotel, el precio es justo.
Lo único que no me gustó es que me dieran una habitación para personas con discapacidad. No sé si fue por alguna razón en particular pero me incomodó un poco. Por lo demás, me parece que es perfecto. Solo les haría una sugerencia y es que pudieran poner un perchero para los abrigos o suéteres para poder colgarlos antes de salir porque en el clóset se pueden olvidar.

El Hotel estaba bien en general. La habitación era amplia y cómoda. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. El desayuno estaba delicioso.
El baño de la habitación se dañó varias veces. Y si bien el personal subía a arreglarlo rápido y muy amables, el baño funcionaba bien por poco tiempo y luego se volvía a dañar. Al final nos tocó pedir cambio de habitación a una que tuviera un baño que sí funcionaba.

El restaurante muy pequeño, adicional no tiene ventilación y cuando subes a desayunar o a comer en cualquier momento quedas impregnado del olor a comida.

La colazione non era buona, il caffè davvero di bassa qualità. Inoltre, dalle finestre si sentiva molto rumore per il traffico.

Muy simples los guisados, me hubiera gustado más variedad fueron muy básicos, solo había una persona para atender y no se daba abasto.

The room was on the small side, but it had all of its parts and everything was in very nice condition. They have a door man. All of the men in that position were actually quite nice. I enjoyed their attitude and helpfulness more than most places I go. Well done! Very friendly.
There was no seating other than an office chair. The room was completely fully with the two beds. The desk lamp was a clunker that I moved to the floor. Sound control was weak. I could hear the neighbours TV quite easily. I turned on mine to do battle and they realized how loud they were and turned their down or off. I was on the side of the main road. That road sounds like an F1 track at night. It seems that the locals with top shelf cars take them out at night, but it is not terribly disturbing.
Ubicación muy buena, al menos para mi trabajo. Desayuno completo en piso 9 con una vista muy linda de la ciudad, habitación cómoda y con buen wifi.
