Pros:

The view from my room was really nice had ocean view and large bathroom with double balcony

I had room with a kitchenette. I those , but; no cookware no microwave, no can opener normally I buy food and cook so I had to spend money to eat out excellent view ,

Pros:

Location was alright

Cons:

Disgusting in my opinion, the absolute STENCH in that room was diabolical. Smelt like mould, cat wee… I don’t even know what. The carpet was so damp it was wet to touch in the bathroom. It felt so dirty. Supposed to have 24 hour check in, we arrived around 1am and the doors were locked and nobody answered the phone number left outside. A guest opened up for us and informed us to knock on a cupboard door for a receptionist, who had been ignoring our phone calls.

Like that the room was bigger .

Cons:

The window kept banging all night , could barely sleep . Then your parking guys hit something and scratched TF out of my car . I have the police report and we plan to press charges . Nobody came and said anything to us about him hitting something in the car nothing we found out when they brought the car back up .

It was a comfortable, safe, and pleasant place to spend the night.
Pros:

Loved the room, the beds, the coffee maker.

Cons:

Shower floor was slimy. The carpet was wet by the sink. No water cups or bucket of ice.

Comfortable and some what disappointing
Pros:

STAFF is really cool. Having a kitchen in our room helped us save a lot of money. Pool is nice size and deep. We really do love staying here.

Cons:

GET RID OF THAT STRONG PERFUME SMELL IN THE LOBBY PLEASE. Have all 2 elevators working. Especially during the Waikiki Regatta. Have working AC cause our room had no AC whatsoever. Get rid of the smells of pee in the hall ways and make rooms for 2 full beds bigger.
