Pésima atención, sin suficientes toallas para la playa, 2 ascensores: 1 sin servicio por mal estado el otro funciona ocasionalmente. Colocan cafetera y vasos para café pero no colocan café, el lugar carece de mantenimiento.
The staff was pleasant and helpful whenever needed. The price was affordable. Coffee, water and ice tea in the lobby was nice. The pool was clean and fun! The room service was also good for such a long stay.
It seems the hotel could use some upgrades to appliances, elevators and ceilings.
Nothing
Room was not clean good, seen 2 dead roaches in cabinets, and a used needle which I got stab from in closet. Carpet room was sticky and made feet dirty. Balcony railing was sticky.
NOTHING
The rooms were filthy. The towels and linen had a bad smell. The air-conditioning vent had dust and mold the valet parking with my truck. We had bird shit all over the hood.
Location
Didn't have a jacuzzi

My stay was Good!

Still Waiting!!!!
Air conditioning didn’t work. We had a unit with a kitchen, but was not well equipped, and the stove was so old and felt unsafe to use. The carpets were old and grubby looking. Whole place needs an upgrade. Very noisy at night.
Great location in Waikiki for everything a visitor could want. The suite was huge and it was so nice having a kitchenette. We purchased a small air fryer toaster oven and some utensils to heat up all our food. Luggage storage in back was convenient at check-out, as well as the service elevator. Loved having laundry on-site. Housekeeping staff was lovely and brought us everything we asked for, if they had it in stock. We also loved having a sink outside of the toilet/shower room because it gave us two separate bathroom areas to store our belongings and extra mirror/counter space. Suite was very spacious. Front desk was also great and very helpful and accommodating, especially Michael, who was our main point of contact.
I work remotely during business hours but also at night, so the biggest problem was how the entire hotel had to share the public wi-fi. Wi-fi didn't work half the time, especially in the evenings, so I had to hunt for different places outside the resort that let me work on my laptop and had an electrical outlet. Starbucks across the street did not have any outlets. It was incredibly frustrating not having a stable wi-fi connection for two weeks and not being able to complete some work in the evenings, which meant having to deal with a larger workload the next day.
Every room should have an individual and private wi-fi connection especially in this day and age where online security is a huge issue, or guests should be given a portable wi-fi device at check-in which has its own password. Furnishings need to be reupholstered or replaced. There were big rips and stains on the chairs, and the couch led mildewy and looked old. We covered all the seating with towels and sarongs our entire stay. The carpet looked old and should be replaced. We don't know the last time it had been deep cleaned so we wore slippers indoors the whole time. Housekeeping didn't have hand towels available for a week. Second elevator was broken the whole time.
Garbage left in hallway corner next to elevator was never picked up.
No soundproofing from outside noise, which could go on until 3:30am.
I liked the condition of the room. Very clean, comfortable bed.
As soon as I checked in to my already booked and paid room, I "owed" $235 in hidden fees and security deposits. That was money earmarked for museum tours and promised Kona coffee gifts for loved ones. My budget didn't allow for that kind of charge.
#2 Although I received a penthouse room, the room was right under either the hotel's air compressors or water heater or elevator workings. Extremely uncomfortable levels of noise throughout the day and night that kept me from sleeping soundly even with the silicone gun range certified ear plugs that I don't travel anywhere without. If I hadn't of had them, it would've been impossible to stay in that room.
Juste l'emplacement
Great location
The hotel looked nothing like the photos, it is falling apart, only one elevator works so the fire escape doors are open for people to use the stairs. So no security at all for guests. Our bed had little hard things in in like bug eggs or rice or something (no bugs seen, no bites so not
Cleaned / Excellent customer service
No continental breakfast
Close to uh manoa stan sheriff's center
