Noise from the restaurant and no one doing anything, even after working hours, the crew is singing and yelling in the kitchen and no one cares that this is bothering the hotel guests!!

Todo muy lindo, cómodo, nuevo, instalaciones muy buenas.
El señor portero llega ser un poco desesperante, con la cuestión del estacionamiento, ya que no cuenta con estacionamiento y hasta llegar explican lo del valet que son 200 pesos por noche, entonces crea un poco de estrés pq se tiene uno que estacionar en doble fila para bajar las maletas y como la Ona es muy concurrida genera estrés.
La presión por salir a las 11:00am fue abrumadora, se olvidó el cargador de mi reloj, mandé mensaje al día siguiente y comentaron que no reportaron nada los chicos de limpieza en la habitación. Así que pues ni modo.
This quaint hotel is located steps from Plaza Santo Domingo. It is immaculately clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower has good pressure. The breakfast served in the restaurant is fantastic. Their breads are all baked on the premises and are delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
The transfer service from and to the airport offered through the hotel was outrageously expensive. For a party of 5 they charged us 2600 pesos the equivalent of $151 dollars round trip. This was beyond excessive. Due to a misunderstanding I had been quoted price for 3 passengers of 1600 pesos ($93 USD) round trip which is what I had agreed to so, I don’t know what a taxi would have cost for 5 people, but this seems outrageous when you compare to CDMX which was $30 each way for 5 people for a longer trajectory and in the capital city. It was my only negative experience with the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable- very firm. We also liked that the place was super clean and functional. Bathroom had a nice sky light and space. They also offer valet parking for cars at a very reasonable price
Restaurant is separate from the hotel so getting a spot for breakfast took some time and wasn't so worth it. However they had a very good happy hour.
The hotel room was lovely and cosy and with nice details. The whole place was impeccably clean, our cleaner really looked after us. The shower is also great with lots of pressure and gets really hot.
The location is also great; everything is in walking distance and you feel central but the actual rooms are nice and quiet and tucked back from the Main Street.
Some of the amenities are a bit basic (for example the hairdryer is one of those attached to the wall & there’s shampoo and shower gel but no conditioner.)
The service in the restaurant was bizarre. They didn’t really look after us as people who were staying here and made things difficult sometimes. The breakfast that’s included is really strict (one slice of toast, plain eggs, filter coffee, etc). Leave loads of time if you do want food, the service is really slow and haphazard. Food was good but a bit expensive for Mexico, although we found that across Oaxaca.
