Perfect spot for me!
Pros:

This is a great location. This pocket of Boston has restaurants, T, and a beach within walking or uber distance. The restaurant is informal and friendly. The outside patio was a great early evening hangout at the end of a long hot day. There is a small indoor pool. All staff were cordial and helpful.

Pros:

We overnighted here as s member of our party had a very early connecting flight. The airport shuttle was prompt. Room was clean and comfortable.
A short walk on a Saturday found us in a delightful and bright restaurant for a delicious and well presented breakfast out. Taqueria Jalisco.

A nice option if needing to stay close to Logan
Pros:

Close to the airport when arriving on a late flight. Shuttle was accomodating.

The stay was pleasant and relaxed.
Pros:

The location was handy for the airport the next day. We checked out, but could leave the luggage in storage without issues. The staff was very nice and accommodating including in the restaurant (I'm coeliac and must eat gluten free).

Cons:

The first room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the AC was on full blast probably to get rid of the stink. I immediately requested another room and was given it without question accompanied by apologies and offering of complementary water and towels(?). So that was good, as it resolved the issue without stress and time wasting.
