Excellent location if being handy for the airport is your priority
Pros:

Friendly staff, willing to help with all requests.
Easy transport links for airport and city centre, hotel shuttle is excellent for airport and the train to downtown is a comfortable walking distance.

Cons:

Arranging the shuttle requires a phone call on arrival at airport. This was our only negative, as this easy local call still results in an international mobile call charge for us and the lateness of our flight meant no personnel in the terminal were available to help us. A kind Bostonian helped us out.

Very unfriendly and annoyed looking staff
Pros:

The location was ideal as it's very close to the airport and walking distance from the beach, with good transportation options by bus and train easily available.

Cons:

The staff are all quite old, unfriendly and looked annoyed always, especially the restaurant staff. the facilities including gym and pool were all also cordoned off and not accessible.

Clean, comfortable near Logan Airport
Pros:

Clean, great service, printer in lobby! Had a quick stay over for a passport emergency and it was a super comfortable and clean hotel.
