Perfect location, wonderful facilities. On the expensive side for us, but probably could have waited for a lower rate by booking closer to the date. Overall, the hotel is a great location for doing anything in downtown Chicago and we'd definitely would stay there again.
Rooms were pricey, and I saw that rates had come down if I had waited longer, but we needed to ensure we had rooms for a special event in Chicago, and rates were competitive with other hotels at the time we booked.
Excellent location, right on the river with a short walk to the Bean, a 7-11, and Chicago-style pizza restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable and there was no noise from other guests. The staff were friendly and accommodating and always available. We had a great stay and would definitely choose this location again.
Perfect location, amazing views and excellent restaurant all around. Very walkable and a few minutes of a walk away from the blue line which takes you straight to OHare airport. We had a river view room and I enjoyed every second of the trip.

I like the way you can check in early. I love that thanks to the lady who work in the morning she was very kind and professional she let me get in my room 12 pm instead of 4pm , I will definitely be back

The location was fantastic; the room was big enough for 2 people with a roomy bathroom. Our room was very clean as well. Breakfast was just OK, rather underwhelming given the price of the hotel.
