Hotel centrico, cerca de todo y con amenidades al alcance
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es de lo mejor, se encuentra muy cerca de todo y tienen bastantes amenidades cercas (restaurantes, farmacias, tiendas de ropa y algunos lugares turísticos), en menos de 4 cuadras puedes encontrar casi de todo.

Pros:

Located near the Chicago river, just off Michigan avenue, the location is super convenient. Easy to get to shops, shows, restaurants and transportation.

Cons:

Unfortunately, when entering our room, we were greeted by a cockroach. To the credit of the staff, however, they very quickly re-roomed us and provided an extra basket of complimentary snacks.

I enjoyed being in Chicago.
Pros:

I liked the room and vicinity within Chicago.

Cons:

Finding the hotel was a nightmare with tons of traffic. It took me over an hour going in circles to be able to park to check in due to traffic. I had to pay parking $71/day. Service pets accepted but had to walk 3 blocks for them to potty. No complimentary anything.

Pros:

Poor, cheap. Paid for breakfast and waffle was charged $14. This not the quality of 20!years of using Hiltons all over the world.

Cons:

Look at your breakfast menu a sin 1 piece of toast and 1 bacon. I paid for breakfast as an addition to my 2 night stay. Not complimentary as stayed on coupon.

Nice city hotel
Pros:

Nice city hotel in the downtime of Chicago, close to all sightseeing points, Big Bus stop and cruise boat station.
We were warmly welcomed by the receptionists and checked in early - that was a lovely experience!
The room is small but has all amenities and facilities to have a rest after the city walk or a busy day.

Cons:

Cleaning could be improved as we noted a lot of dust on the floor around the bed.
We didnt like the breakfast - not really good and there are much better options outside the hotel.
