Staff welcome on reception was lovely bar staff and morning breakfast ladies were very friendly and nice

Cons:

The standard room is small but has a step out balcony which was good to open up and have open over night

Be sure to take screenshots of the room you think you are booking.
Pros:

It is walkable to the Whitstable Castle which important for a close proximity for my son’s wedding.

Cons:

The cost of the room was £260 a night which was marked up considerably compared to what you receive. Be sure to take screenshots of the room you thought you were booking. I did not and had no proof then for a double bed for two people.
