Loved the sea view room. You could open the windows and listen to the waves crashing. Wonderful.

Cons:

We lived our stay.
The only issue we had was that the breakfast was a buffet breakfast. The food was greasy and had been sat there for some time.
No options offered for a fresh cooked breakfast.
For the price of the stay the breakfast was not good.
The filtered coffee was cold
And stewed. Hardly an fruit available. Pastries had run out.
We arrived before 10 with half hour of breakfast to go.
The tables were huge. Sitting very far apart.

Lovely sea views
Pros:

A lovely experience. Really enjoyed the downstairs rooms- bar and restaurant.
The stairs are a challenge but offer a fantastic sea view from the room.
It is clean and friendly staff. Bedrooms / bathroom small

Super location. Clean, fresh and updated. Lovely airy downstairs. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly.

את הנוף המהמם מהחדר לים ולשקיעה.

Cons:

החדר קטן וצפוף מאוד, זרם המים בכיור חלש מאוד, החדר היה בקומה שלישית ולא היה אף אחד שהיה יכול לעזור לי עם להעלות ולהוריד את המזוודות בכל גרמי המדרגות הצרים. החניה הקטנה של המלון הייתה תפוסה ונאלצתי לחנות בחוץ וגם לשלם.

Another wonderful stay in our favourite Whitstable hotel-we’ll definitely be back next year.
Pros:

We love staying here and this has become our annual trip to Whitstable. The seafront location is perfect, the views are beautiful, and it’s just a short walk to the town’s shops and restaurants. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the fan provided in the room was really appreciated and helped keep us comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small and felt a little cramped. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay.

Overnight stay by the sea with our dog
Pros:

Excellent location and friendly staff. Dog friendly room was handy as it had a separate outside entrance to the rest of the hotel and we were able to park our car right outside the room which made it easy to get the dog in and out. The breakfast was excellent, the beds comfortable and the room was very clean with some nice toiletries and basic tea and coffee amenities.

Cons:

There wasn’t any aircon nor any fans in our room and the room was fairly unbearably hot for us and our dog.

Pros:

Charming seaside hotel, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff. The location is great, short walk to shops, bars and restaurants but far enough that it is quiet. Enjoyed a drink on the balcony watching the Estuary.
