The staff were quiet helpful

We booked this hotel as it had a pool not once did we get to use the pool as it was absolutely dirty the water was green

The breakfast was poor lack of continental choice. Eg pastries and yogurts. The room it’s self was acceptable however the wall were marked the pillow was solid to sleep on

This hotel value for money. But not for service and 5star. Should be 3-4 star.

The swimming was dirty ( Green Color ) can't use at all , we stayed 2 night at a weekend the pool still same color , the room is clean but ours room had a cockroach in the room. 5/10
