15 min laufweg an ballermann aber einfach zu findender Weg, alles sauber, Zimmer nicht besonders groß aber ausreichend. Eintrittskarten sind in Form von Bändern direkt am Arm, sehr praktisch

Malísima calidad precio. Me dieron una habitación pequeña y fea con vistas a la calle, que es muy ruidosa y que le pegaba todo el sol de frente. Además no tenía aire acondicionado porque estaba roto. Pedí un cambio.
Me dieron una segunda habitación en la que tampoco se notaba el aire acondicionado. Los equipos son obsoletos de hace muchos años y es un Hotel en el que nos ha invertido nada de dinero para hacer mejoras no tienen ningún tipo de detalle para los clientes, en la habitación no dejan andar absolutamente nada. Se ve que es una gente que solo va a sacar dinero y no le importa nada más. Al final dejé el Hotel y me devolvieron el dinero, pero me parece intolerable que actúen así y que sigan ganando dinero.

Finger Weg!

Der Poolbereich

Wer schon immer mal wissen wollte, wie sich Camping in einem Hotelzimmer anfühlt, ist im Vista Odin genau richtig. Wir hatten während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts mehrfach keinen Strom – kann passieren, geschenkt. Dass dabei die Klimaanlage streikte, das Wasser nicht lief und die Klospülung ihren Dienst quittierte, während sich das Zimmer langsam in eine Sauna verwandelte, war dann allerdings weniger charmant.

Das eigentliche Highlight war aber nicht der Stromausfall selbst, sondern die eindrucksvolle Abwesenheit jeglichen Managements. Kein Verantwortlicher vor Ort, niemand, der eine Entscheidung treffen oder auch nur eine Auskunft geben konnte. Auf unsere durchaus nachvollziehbare Bitte, die Buchung zu stornieren, damit wir in ein Hotel mit funktionierender Grundversorgung umziehen konnten, gab es schlicht niemanden, der sich zuständig fühlte.

Kurz gesagt: Für einen technischen Defekt kann ein Hotel wenig. Dafür, dass im Ernstfall kein einziger Ansprechpartner erreichbar ist und Gäste komplett allein gelassen werden, umso mehr. Wer Strom, Wasser und ansprechbares Personal für selbstverständlich hält, sollte sich woanders umsehen.

В целом,все хорошо.Есть на территории гамак возле бассейна-кайф.
Pros:

У меня был двухкомнатный номер с большим балконом.
Стильный,чистый.
Есть микроволновка .
Для оформления номера стоит автомат Check-ln.
Так же,есть место на парковке.

Cons:

Это молодежный отель и рядом кафе.
Шел футбол и было шумно какой-то время.

Heiße Zimmer, nicht funktionierende laute Klimaanlage, Ameisen, mieser Service

Frühstück war okay - ist aber das einzige positive

Cons:

Als Familie mit kleinem Kind (knapp 2 Jahre) wurden wir direkt unters dach des Hotels einquartiert. Die Klimaanlage schaltet sich automatisch ab, wenn man den Raum verlässt, sie ist massiv runtergeregelt, kühlt fast garnicht, ist absolut laut und an der Decke blitzt ständig der Sensor der Klimaanlage der prüft ob jemand im Raum ist. Unser kleiner Sohn konnte unter diesen miserablen Bedingungen nicht schlafen und wir dadurch auch nicht. Wir haben geschwitzt, es war viel zu heiß zum Schlafen. Auf Beschwerden hin bekommt man einen schmutzigen lauten Ventilator angedreht, der nicht hilft. Im Zimmer waren überall Ameisen und im Bad lag ein abgerissener Toilettenhalter im Waschbecken. Das zur Verfügung gestellte Babybett war ranzig, alt, defekt (klappte zusammen) und schmutzig. Unser Sohn hat bei uns im Bett geschlafen. Wer mit Kind anreist und Wert auf Schlaf, Sauberkeit und halbwegs funktionierende Zimmerausstattung legt, sollte dieses Hotel meiden. Für uns war es eine rundum enttäuschende Erfahrung.
