We had no bathrobes or slippers in our room. It was part of the package apon arrival. The water boiler didn’t work and our bedroom door was extremely difficult to open.

Very comfortable rooms. Staff were very friendly, especially those involved at breakfast.
The location was central to where I had to go to. Clean, comfortable and roomy.
I explicitly requested two separate beds for my mom and me. The hotel confirmed this. However upon arrival we found a king-size bed. I requested it again from reception and was promised someone will come to separate the beds. We waited but had to get ready for a function and time was running out. As we were busy getting dressed, the lady knocked on the door. I asked her to come back in 20 min as we had to leave soon. Later that night, when we returned, we found the beds still connected, she never came back. This was unfortunate, but did not pursue the matter as it was so late and my mom (85) was tired.
Everything, the linen was clean and the staff was very friendly and willing to help when ever I needed help

A wonderful stay at the Royal St Andrews Hotel — I gave 10/10 for most aspects, from the service and comfort to the beautiful facilities. The hotel was welcoming, relaxing and a great place to unwind. We also had a really good dinner at the pub next door, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
