Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im St Andrews Hotel in Port Alfred. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt.
Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut, könnte jedoch etwas hochwertiger sein. Die Wurstauswahl war eher durchschnittlich und hätte ansprechender gestaltet werden können. Etwas überraschend fanden wir, dass Kaffee und Kakao zusätzlich bezahlt werden müssen.

Loved everything especially the breakfast.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Security guard took us for viewing the hotel which was quite amazing, it was my daughters birthday so she received a free cake and they sang for her,breakfast was amazing
The restaurant food was not good I have ordered meat basket and it was not nice and they ddnt add samosas they gave me basket full of chicken strips and wings with chips and I find that very disappointing
The St Andrews Hotel is full of character and the new bedroom wing is modern and stylish, the gardens are beautifully maintained and the staff is extremely helpful and efficient. The rooms are large with modern bathrooms, the shower is huge with very good pressure.The airconditioning is very efficient, which is necessary in South Africa. The location is accross the road from the golf course, and a short drive to the beach and shops. Highlander Pub is the best in Port Alfred, food is overall excellent. We love the hotel and have stayed here often. Highly recommended.
Bath towels need upgrading, also need an extra bath mat in the bathroom.
