Pros:

Náš pobyt v tomto hotelu byl naprosto skvělý. Parkování proběhlo bez problémů a na recepci nás přivítal velmi milý, usměvavý a ochotný pán, který nám vše potřebné vysvětlil.

Pokoj byl čistý, prostorný a jeho velkým bonusem byla rozlehlá lodžie. Celý hotel je nádherný, vkusně zařízený a sladěný do posledního detailu.

Velkou pochvalu si zaslouží také gastronomie. Nabídka byla pestrá, jídlo vždy čerstvé, průběžně doplňované a velmi chutné. Bez problémů si zde vyberou i vegetariáni.

Největší poděkování však patří naprosto úžasnému personálu. Všichni zaměstnanci byli milí, vstřícní, ochotní a profesionální. Zejména číšníci a číšnice nás vždy vítali s úsměvem a výrazně přispěli k tomu, že jsme se cítili opravdu výjimečně. Takto srdečný přístup se dnes jen tak nevidí.

Nadšení jsme byli také z nádherné wellness zóny s velkým bazénem, vířivkami, saunami a odpočinkovou částí s vyhřívanými lehátky. Vše bylo dokonale čisté a udržované. Odpočinek zde byl doslova balzámem pro tělo i duši.

Hotelu dáváme s čistým svědomím pět hvězdiček – a kdyby to bylo možné, dali bychom jich ještě více. ⭐️ Rozhodně se rádi vrátíme a pobyt všem vřele doporučujeme! ✨

Super hotel v Tatrách.
Pros:

Velmi milý a vstřícný personál. Hotel nabízí vše, co byste si mohli přát. Velký a teplý bazén, vířivku, bowling, fitness, masáže, kulečník, stolní tenis i fotbálek. Velmi chutné jídlo.

Cons:

Něco by se asi našlo, ale pozitiva převažují.

Ubytovanie pekné, čisté. Jedlo super a wellnes krásny. Veľmi milí a usmievaví personál. Určite sa vrátime ale už radšej na jeseň.

Cons:

Chýbala klimatizácia hlavne v lete bolo 30 stupňov vonku a v izbe tak 35 🥲. Moc horúca voda v detskom bazéne.

Vynikajúci relax za rozumné peniaze
Pros:

Pri osobnom kontakte bol personál veľmi príjemný. V hoteli je veľa možností na vyplnenie voľného času. Celkovo to bol skvelý pobyt.

Cons:

Po telefóne bol recepčná nie zrovna milá. V jeden deň zaklopala upratovacia služba na izbu, dohodli sme sa že o hodinu odchádzame na výlet, tak že príde upratať potom, keď nebudeme na izbe. Potom ale už neprišla.
