Guest Reviews
Excellent friendly staff throughout the hotel.
N/A
It was lovely, staff were very welcoming and kind. Room was beautiful and extra touches were amazing
I think the parking could be discounted more as £18 seems pretty steep and considering you have to be gone by 12pm isn’t great, we still wanted to spend time in York so had to move our car to the car park next to it which was an extra £8.50 for 3 hours.

Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Spotlessly clean with a cosy feel.
Bed a little too high and firm but I recognise this is a personal choice.
המלון נוח במיקום מעולה.
The room looked lovely, lovely staff and the night was excellent. Very nice scent around the hotel.
Relaxed but professional atmosphere
Nothing
Very near everything and staff and facilities were excellent with a really good breakfast
Nothing
Lovely hotel! It was really nice without being pretentious, which is exactly what we were looking for :). The room was great, staff lovely, and breakfast nice. We really liked the location, as it was just far enough outside the main centre to not be too noisy, but just a short walk from all the attractions in York.
Thanks so much!
The rainfall shower wasn’t for me but that’s a personal preference
Location excellent for NCEM concert around the corner
Breakfast .... good choice but having to wait for replenishment of what was on offer was disappointing.
As above
Happy staff
