I requested a jacked to be ironed
I was charged 5 times the market price.
Not happy with that
Everything was ok
1 - I stayed in this hotel in august 2023,, reached the hotel very late in the night ( around 12 or 1 am).
2- The hotel from outside looked like a residential building , it was very hard to find the hotel as there were no signages at all.
3- The reception was very small ,cluttered , the staff was professional .
4- Room was on the 1st floor , so took the stairs ( don't think there was any lift , not sure though ) .
5 - the room was big , toilet was small , some toiletries were provided not good quality.
6- Did not have the breakfast in morning .
7- The Air conditioning was good .
1- the towels , the taps , the shower , the basin they were very old
2- The blankets were smelly , the mattresses very hard uncomfortable .
