Excellent stay
Pros:

Very quiet, clean, newish motel in a good location for seeing the Black Hills. We stayed 3 nights. Really like the business model for this chain. Love the small kitchenette with full size refrigerator.

Comfortable hotel but not a full kitchen
Pros:

Large room, laundry available. Convenient location.

Cons:

The full kitchen doesn’t have any pots, pans, plates or cutlery. You have to bring or buy your own.

Good for just a place to sleep and they allow pets.
Pros:

No breakfast offered.

Cons:

No ice maker. Only in the room ice maker that they don't turn on for you so you have no ice till the next day and then still limited. You would think when they rent a room they could set the air and turn on the ice maker before you arrive so the room is actually ready for you.

Won’t be using My Place Hotels again.
Pros:

Ok location

Cons:

Not clean. Handles on drawers were sticky.
Had to wait to check in. No one at the counter.
Obviously short staffed.
